This recipe is the best way to prepare chicken wings in a simple and healthy way, you can enjoy in no time. The recipe will give juicy and soft wings packed with flavour. You can also swap the BBQ sauce for any other sauce you like, for example, Buffalo sauce (giving you Buffalo wings).
The recipe serves 4 people.
The ingredients are:
1 lbs (0.5 kg) Chicken Wings
1 cup BBQ Sauce
0.5 cups Honey
1 cup Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Cayenne
Step-by-step:
1. Start by missing the spices and the flour together.
2. Then coat the chicken to the mixture.
3. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 °C flipping the wings in between.
4. Mix the honey and BBQ sauce to create the BBQ coating.
5. Then coat the wings in the BBQ coating and cook for a further 10 minutes.

Hello Mum’s Meal here! Today I have a new recipe for you all.Ingredients on screen and in the description box down below.We will begin by mixing the spices with the flour.We will then coat the wings in the mixture.The wings will then go in the oven for 10 minutes,after which we will flip them. After andother 10 minutes,we’ll add the BBQ coating and cook for a further 10 minutes.As you can see we are flipping after the first 10 minutes in
the oven.in the oven.
