Quick and Easy Grilled Chicken Recipe | How to cook rotisserie chicken and potato wedge at home

This is a quick and easy recipe for beginners to try out. We show you how to grill chicken in oven at home. The end result is a tasty and very delicious well cooked chicken. We serve this dish with baked potato wedges.

Ingredients:
1. Whole chicken
2. Cumin
3. Soy sauce
4. Black pepper
5. Cayenne pepper

5. Ginger
6. Garlic
7. Lime or Lemon juice

8. Vegetable oil
9. Salt
10. Potatoes

Grilled Chicken

Directions:
1. Mix garlic, ginger, cumin, cayenne pepper, lime juice, black pepper, salt, soy sauce and vegetable oil. Make sure to mix everything well.
2. Pour your mixture over the chicken and coat it evenly with the mixture.
3. Set aside for 30 minutes.
4. Skewer the chicken onto the spit by means of the fork and select the correct grill function on your oven. Preheat the oven at maximum temperature for 5 min.
5. Grill the chicken at 250°C/max for 1 hour 30 minutes.

Baked Potato Wedges
Directions:
1. Peal and clean your potatoes then cut them into wedges.
2. Bring your salted water to boil.
3. Cook your potato wedges for 5 minutes and blanch.
4. Preheat your oven for 5 minutes at 200°C.
5. Dry the potato wedges and place them on a baking tin.
6. Mix your favorite herbs and sprinkle them onto the potatoes. I used oregano, cayenne pepper, black pepper and vegetable oil.
7. Bake at 200°C for 50 minutes.
