Ingredients: thinly sliced pork belly + Korean BBQ sauce, chicken + homemade jerk rub, chicken with Malaysian curry rub (Tean’s Gourmet Malaysian Style Tumisan Curry Paste for Chicken)
Cooking: grill meat Korean BBQ style and eat with fresh lettuce and gochujang (Korean chilly sauce) or rice

gonna put on the pork bellyto get some fat on the grill okay sothis is um pretty cool so I’ll put alittle piece of that the pork belly andhere it’s sizzling away this is the bestway to cook pork belly fresh okay so – -pork belly first and then we’re gonna doa jerk chicken the Owen help me marinateand this is a special rub that one of mycolleagues iSchool gave me one of my oneof my teachers and this is a currymarinade from Malaysia so we’ve got porkbelly with Korean barbecue sauce andwe’ve got jerk chicken and we’ve gotfried chicken this is a special Koreangrill that we’ve got all the sauceactually drips into the pan down thereand we’re actually using a hot potburner with gas so that it cooks reallyquickly the only thing we are missed itactually is the ventilation but it’sokay we’re in our home here it’s still abeautiful so we’re gonna wait for awhile before we do the flip and we willshow you thein a little bit so we’re gonna cut theminto little pieces it looks like it’sjust about done you don’t want toovercook it because then the pork willget really dry and hard so you got tocatch it right at the right moment stepit into little pieces and used tolettuce and a little bit of this hotsauce wrap it up and you eat it so thisis a really easy thing to do during thewinter months when it’s really reallycold and outside and you don’t want togo out this is a perfect
