Inihaw na liempo also known as grilled pork belly, is commonly served dish in restaurants around the Philippines. The dish is accompanied with a spicy garlic vinegar dipping sauce and served with rice. The pork meat is marinated with garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice and sugar overnight to incorporate the taste inside the pork belly. The method of cooking being used is grilling which involves dry heat applied to the surface of the food. Most common way is using charcoal, but in this video I’m going to show how to grill using a fan-forced oven. the result is still the same when grilling using charcoal.
