I decided to create this dish all because I had left over BBQ Pork tenderloin from the night before. This dish is super easy with an authentic taste! Thank you to my good friend Andy Tang for the tips and tricks on how to make this dish more authentic. The great thing about this dish is that you can add whatever you want to it. Try having the same amount of rice to vegetable/protein ratio. In other words 1 cup of rice then you would have 1 cup of veg/protein.
