Oven Smoked Ribs Asian Flare
Ribs
Apple Cider Vinegar
Yellow Mustard
Barbecue Seasoning (or favorite seasoning of your choice)
Bake in pre-heated 325 degree oven for 2 hours. Remove from oven and place on hot grill (away from heat) cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy!

hey guys it’s me so welcome to mykitchen today we’re we’re gonna bemaking some BBQ ribs with an Asian Flairoh I didn’t really mean to show you thisright now oh yes I did want to tease youa little bit look at these so these areloin back ribs baby backs let’s take alook and see what I paid for them sothey were two dollars and seventy sevencents per pound I have two point eighteight pounds here and I paid sevendollars and ninety eight cents for thewhole slab not bad you see that theyhave a little fat on them not a wholelot but a little we’re gonna be takingsome of that off won’t you just see howfresh and beautiful they are they havethat beautiful pink color so you knowthey’re fresh what else are we gonna beusing I’ve got two ingredients sittinghere this is my apple cider vinegar thisis organic and with the motherso I’ve already shaking it up I wasgonna show you the mother that was sitsin the bottom of the bottle but it’s notthere cuz I’m shaking it up this isMcCormick grill mates BBQ seasoning I’mgonna be using a deck and by the wayguys you all don’t have to use theBragg’s vinegar you can use any kind ofvinegar that you have apple cider wouldprobably be better hey I have enlistedthe help of my son and he’s gonna comein here and be the cleanup man he’sgonna get the fat off of these ribs notall of it as I said before but he’sgonna take off any thick pieces andclean it upthis is not hard to do it all so you seewe have this skill silver skin on theback and we’re gonna take that off nowthis guy’s got skills when it comes todoing this I struggle with it but he canknock it out for me very quickly so he’sgonna use a paper towel so that it’s notslippery just takes a little handstrength and he’s gonna pull it right onuh-huh and there’s a little bit of fathanging on the edges and he’s just gonnago through there and clean that up justsort of clean those bones up you knowyou’re the man you’re doing a good jobbut he barbecues all the time it looksgood it’s meticulous mm-hmm very nice ohthat’s such a beautiful piece of meatokay we can season now I’ve added athird ingredient and that’s some yellowmustard and I put on some gloves and I’mgoing to begin to massage and rub thisin I don’t usually wear gloves but todayI didn’t feel like getting his stuffunder my nails so I’m also gonna goahead and put on this barbecue seasoningI’m gonna be very heavy-handed and verygenerous with it not gonna add any saltto this meat but because the seasoningalready has salt in it so you seasonaccordingly to how you want yours if youwant to put a little salt you can butyou don’t really not gonna need any oh Iam just massaging this guy oh man Imassage him like I love him you musthave been a really good boy a reallygood boy keep on massage and I put thesame thing on the back that I did thefront the mustard and the barbecueseason just a little more barbecueseasoning mmm man this is raw but Icould already tellI’ve cleaned my pan up here and I’mgonna go ahead and get my vinegar downinto the pan now I’m putting in 1/2 acup of vinegar you could you don’treally have to measure it you can put inyou know even up to a cup would be fineyou just want to make sure that thevinegar in the pan is you know is someon both sides of the UM of the slab ofribs just so that that that canpenetrate sort of steam up through theribs I’m gonna get a little bin file onthe top and I’m gonna get it into apreheated 325 degree oven I’m let itbake for about two hoursuh-huh check it on it time to get it outthere it is I just uncovered itthey look like they’re done yes they arewe’re gonna go out and put them on thegrill go for about 15 to 20 minutes andlet them smoke now I’m gonna get my sonto do this for me also he was helping meout today doesn’t usually do that but hedid help me out todayhe knows better he’s messing with me nowthose grill those ribs were cooked likethis from the oven so they are reallydone but you don’t want to put them upon the end of the grill with the heat soyou make your fire on one end that’swhat he’s done for me and then you putyour meat down on the other end wherethe heat is not sold intense becausewhat you want here is the smoke youdon’t want the heat you got some hotdogs or something throw them on thatother in with the heat if you want tojust let these cook about 20 minutes nowlet’s get them into the kitchen or somegood old cutting and eat look at thislook at this look at this oh man oh mando you see how that medius pullback fromthe bone see how that Niger sort ofdropped down through that meat let’s geta better look at what’s going on here Iwant you to see what I’m working withlook at this do you see that these ribsare firm but they’re moist and tenderah you see the moisture man this isperfect this is just the way I like myribs not sloppy wet but just like thisbeautiful beautiful beautiful I want youto just look at it just gaze here for awhileI want you to get motivated run out ofthat store grab your slab of ribs comeback so good that wejust stood around and ate it justnothing else with it no bread novegetables we just ate this meat cuzit’s so good oh man so I’m gonna saveback one piece one rib for myself afterI clean up the kitchen I’m gonna eatthat guy could these bones these guysare throwing these bones back on theplatter hey you guys that should be inthe trash oh I can’t tell you how goodthese were we enjoyed
