The Best oven baked ribs recipe | how to make BBQ ribs in the oven

This oven baked ribs recipe is amazingly tasty and one of my family’s favorite. They are slow cooked to perfection and taste delicious.

for 3lbs slab of ribs
dry rub mix

1 table spoon of Paprika,
1 table spoon of lemon pepper,
1 table spoon of garlic powder,
1 table spoon of onion powder,
1 table spoon of ground cumin,
1 table spoon of brown sugar ,
1/2 table spoon of salt ,
1 lemon / juice

preheat oven to 350 degrees
mix all the seasoning ingredients to make the rub .
wrap very well in foil and parchment bake for 1 and half hours , then uncover and bake for an additional 15 -20 minutes at 450 degrees uncovered,

take the ribs out and apply your favorite barbecue sauce

hey guys so I’m gonna show you how Imake these yummy delicious ribs and thebest part is that you can bake them inyour oven so there’s no need for a grillso to get started you will need ofcourse ribs and then I’m using threepounds and then you’re also going to beneeding some foil and some parchmentpaper and then for seasoning I’m using aspoon of each and it’s paprika lemonpepper ground cumin garlic powder onionpowder salt and brown sugar and then youcan substitute any of these asseasonings to your liking I’m also goingto be using a whole lemon just the juiceof the lemon and then if you don’t wantto use a lemon juice you can use applecider vinegar but you will need sometype of acid and then I like to prepeverything in my kitchen sink justbecause I don’t want to I want to havethe least amount of cleanup and what I’mgoing to be doing is just renting itvery quickly and then I’m also going tobe taking off the back of the skin ofthe ribs this is optional you don’t haveto do this I like to do this because Ilike to season both sides of the ribsand then this ensures that the ribs willabsorb all of the seasoning we’re gonnaadd and then sometimes the ribs haveextra fat or a lot of fat and then youcan remove some of that additional fatbut you don’t really have to worry toomuch about it because all of this of fatis going to just melt off and so youdon’t really have to worry about thattoo much so then once I rinse it I willdry them up a little bit with the papertoweland then we’re ready for seasoning sofirst I’m going to add the lemon so I’mjust gonna rub a half of the lemon juiceon one side and then the rest of thelemon juice on the other side and thenI’m just gonna rub a bit and then I’mgoing to add the same thing I’m gonnaadd half of the seasoning to one side ofthe other ribs and then I’m gonna flipthem over and then add the rest of theseasoning to the other side this is forthree pounds if you’re making a like abigger slab of ribs or smaller suburbsthen you would just either have moreseasoning or less seasoning and then atthis time about what I like to do isjust wrap the foil and then store it inmy fridge and then leave it overnightum if you do not uh want any of itovernight you don’t have to you can cookthem immediately but if you do leavethem overnight it would just marinateall the flavors in and then once I Iheat up the oven to 350 and then I putthem in the oven and then I would bakethem for about an hour and a half youmight want to check them right at anhour in 20 minutes and then once they’reout of the oven um they have all of thisjuice and so it should be contained allin within the foil and the parchmentpaper so all I’m doing is this flippingthem er over and then I’m going to beplacing them back in the oven foranother 15 minutes and I might beplacing them in there for EM I raise thetemperature to about four foot 450degrees and then some of this liquid isgonna evaporate sorry some of thisliquid is gonna evaporate and then thisis pretty much what they look likethey’re super delicious and they’reready to eat you don’t have to do thisbut I like barbecue sauce so I’m gonnago ahead and add this barbecue you caneither make your barbecue from scratchor you can just add yourstore bought barbecue sauce and this ispretty much it if you like this recipeplease go ahead and give it thumbs upand don’t forget to subscribe thank you[Music]
