IT”S TURKEY TIME!!!!!!
It’s coming up to that time of year when Turkeys are now going to be back in the stores and I love turkey!
I’m sure you’ll know lots of people who say they don’t like turkey because it’s dry. Well i’ll let you in on a little secret…. they’re doing it wrong!
Turkey, similar to venison is a very lean meat, but if you don’t overcook it, it’ll be juicy and delicious. It’s also a great carrier of flavour so it’ll let you ramp up the flavour of the bird to make it really amazing.
In the UK we use Chicken Bovril, for anyone in the US this is very similar to Better than Bouillon, but if you didn’t want to use that, some double concentrated chicken stock will also work just fine.
