MasterChef UK Season 21 Episode 15 Description
It’s the last quarter-final, and the best cooks from the week’s heats are back with a place in knockout week in their sights. There’s only one shot at getting there. Drop the ball, and it’s curtains.
Food writer Leyla Kazim makes a welcome return to set the brief, and she has one thing on her mind: beans. She would like the amateurs to prepare one plate of food that celebrates this versatile ingredient. Baked beans, cannellini beans, butter beans… the possibilities are endless. Leyla even uses black beans to make her brownies, but will the contestants be brave enough to go for a pudding? Leyla is hoping for a tasty dish that celebrates this global ingredient.
Those who pull it out of the bag will secure a place in knockout week, where the level jumps up another notch in the hunt for this year’s MasterChef champion.
