Cooking Saikoro Beef Cubes at home!
Okay to set the record straight, the Wagyu Cubes are not made of Wagyu Beef. Real Wagyu is much more expensive and we Japanese don’t waste any of it. Upon looking at the packaging it says Japanese Wagyu fat is mixed with Aussie Beef, which is why the fat doesn’t solidify.
This is more meaty tasting and in texture. They are P695 per pack of 500g and are shipping from New Manila area. I also sell a softer, juicier variety for P750 per 500g, and P1,395 for a 1 kg pack.
