BBQ Chicken Bacon Pizza | EASY Pizza Recipe

Here is an easy BBQ chicken bacon pizza recipe! Marc shows you how to cook pizza at home using dough made from scratch (stay tuned for that video!). On today’s pizza we’ve got chicken and bacon of course, along with red onion, homemade marinara sauce and bocconcini cheese. Need a sauce for the pizza? Marc has you covered with a delicious sriracha mayo. We finish it off in the oven using Marc’s parchment paper cooking hack!

ah you ever wonder what do we dowith leftover chicken marks gonna showyou today but first I’m super excitedabout today’s episode we’ve gotfermented dough that’s been sitting inthe fridge for two days doing its thingscience people it’s science and now it’sbeen sitting out on the counter for acouple hours and you’re gonna see veryvery soon it’s exploding it’s lookingawesomeit’s gonna be amazing though I also havea homemade marinara that I’m gonna makeon a future episode that you can use forpastas you can use it for pizza you canuse it for so many different thingsthat’s super versatile I’ve loved it myfamily loves it we’re gonna use that asour pizza sauce todayI’m gonna use some bulk of cheese cutthose up put them over the pizza use ourleftover chicken that we grilled whichis on the last episode hopefully youwashed it and we’re gonna make anawesome pie in the oven on baking steelall right here we godon’t forget to subscribe so you cancheck out a future episode we are gonnamake this fermented they’ll walk youthrough step by step exactly how youmake it and give you an ingredient listand show you how to make this at homeyourselfI’m gonna grab a little bit of flourhere just to kind of dust my handsagainst and a little bit on parchmentpaper you can see beautiful dough herewe’re just going to gently all it’s niceand stringythere we go I’m sure we don’t loseanything in the bowl here grab all ofthat outside we’re just going to gentlykind of work to do[Music]so we’re just going to gradually startto form our pizza sticks a little bit ofpractice a little bit of time there’s norushall right we’re starting to form a pizzaso we’re gonna kind of almost fill theircrust on the inside here doesn’t looklike a pizza dough what do you thinkJamie[Music][Applause]time to build our pizza you’re gonna seeI’ve got a dough sitting on a pizza peelso kind of give you a little peek of itthere there it is wooden pizza peelplotted on Amazon the link is gonna bein this description below so my pizzaSteel’s been sitting in the oven for anhour at 500 degrees so now we’re gonnabuild our pizza so you can see here wegot a pretty basic ingredients for apretty basic pizza you got our homemadepizza sauce here we got some cut uppolka Cheaney some bacon crumble somered onion and some grilled chicken thatwe would have cooked on our last episodeso we’re just gonna take a ladle hereand we’re gonna get a nice little ofPizza marinara so what I do is I wonthis up gently on the stove you don’twant it to be so hot that all of asudden it hit your dough and starts tocook it you definitely don’t want thatbut you also don’t want it to be supercold so just gonna spread that aroundand it’s kind of your preference ifyou’re somebody who likes your pizzaextra saucy add extra sauce if you don’tlike it super saucy add less so then theorder of the ingredients really istotally up to you but I think we’llstart with some red onion here we’rejust gonna kind of toss it aroundnothing too specific and then we’regonna move into some beautiful chickennext hit it with some funky genie soI’ll just randomly placing this andagain it’s totally preference if youlike your pizza super cheesy add morecheese and you don’t necessarily have touse full kitchen you can use freshmozzarella if you’re lucky enough tocome across some where you live or justregular block cheese whatever you haveaccess to and whatever your preferenceis we’re totally fine we’re gonna finishthis off here with some really nicebacon crumble beacon and chicken what agreat combination the I think this looksawesomeand it’s not even cooked yet just beforewe throw this bad boy in the oven andget it cooked up I’m gonna make myfavorite pizza dip sriracha mayo soHellmann’s Mayo is what I like so god Idon’t like I say before I never measurewill pull out two tablespoons and thenthe sriracha content is basically howspicy like that I got a pretty highspice tolerance so I had quite a bit andI can generally tell when I start mixingit just based on the color how spicyit’s gonna be now you can also add alittle bit of cumin if you want to thisas well or paprika if you want kind of amore smoky kind of dip gonna stir thisup and let’s get that peeps in the oven[Music]there it is fermented pizza leftoverbarbecue chicken beacon red onionawesome combination check it out itlooks amazingnice crispy bottom all that’s left to dogot into it chow downit[Music]
