4 piece pork chops
1 tsp salt/black pepper
1 tsp onion powder/garlic powder
1 tbsp. paprika/barbecue seasoning
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
………….MAKE FLOUR MIX
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup corn starch
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp bbq seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp baking powder
basil / parsley
…………MAKE HOMEMADE BBQ SAUCE
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp. molasses
2 tbsp. fresh garlic
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp powder cloves
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
(350* oil & fry for 12 mins)
