[Music][Music]what’s up guys welcome back to alwayseverything I am your cook SpinelliI am the self-proclaimed Queen King andthe prince and ruler of all lemon pepperwings now today’s videoi’ma show you guys how to make crispyKorean fried chicken now if you’re a fanof Korean style chicken you’re gonnalove this recipe I really enjoy the guysso I hope in your kitchen I’m already inmine so let’s go alright so here are theingredients we’re going to use fortoday’s recipe we’re going to use ourPublix green wash chicken we have twoeggs baking soda we have some roastedchili red chili pastekosher salt soy sauce rice vinegar we’regoing to use some ginger juice sesameall fish sauce and brown sugar so theseare the ingredients we’re gonna use sogetting your kitchen in this go alrightso I’ve already measured out ouringredients and cut and cleaned ourchicken so what we have here we have 1teaspoon of kosher salt one teaspoon ofbaking powder and I’m using the eggwhite of two eggs so what we’re gonna donow is place our baking powder into thebowl with our egg whites and then addyour salt to that and what you want todo is give that a good mix make sure youcombine it well it may lump up on youbut make sure you get all the lumps outof itthis is how it should look so let’s moveon all right so what we’re gonna do nowis we’re gonna pour that mixture overour chicken pieces and we’re going totake a spoon and we’re gonna give that agood mix to make sure we coat each pieceinto this egg mixture alright and onceyou do that we’ll move on alright sowhat we’re gonna do now is we’re goingto take those chicken pieces and we’regonna place them on a wire rack we’renot going to start cooking them at themomentwe’re goingto sit them in the refrigerator forabout about an hour to to let them dryout once you have them in there by thehour – what we do is we’ll remove themand we’ll start the cooking process sogo ahead remove your chicken pieces addthem to a wire rack place them in yourrefrigerator and I’ll see you guys inthe next couple of hours alright so nowwe’ve aligned our baking sheet withaluminum foil and we’re going to sprayour grease with cooking spray againy’all know this helps with easy cleanupand making sure your chicken doesn’tstick to your pan so I’ll see you guysin the next step all right so now thechicken pieces are ready to be removedfrom the refrigerator here they are andwhat we’re gonna do now is we’re goingto add them to this baking sheet skinside down half an inch to an inch aparttry not to over Carl Japan alright soonce you remove your chicken pieceswe’ll move on to the next step all rightso now it’s time to place these badbabies into the oven I’ve alreadypreheated the oven to 400 degrees andwe’re going to allow these bad babies tocook for 40 minutes turning them overmidway through the process after 20minutes because remember we like ourchicken to cook on both sides equally soset your timer and I’ll see you guys inthe next step all right so now we’rehalfway through the cooking process whatwe’re going to do is we’re going to flipour chicken pieces over to let themfinish cooking on the other side for thelast 20 minutes go ahead flip yourchicken pieces over and we’ll move onall right so I’ve already measured outour ingredients for our sauce so what wehave here we have four tablespoons ofminced garlic we have one teaspoon ofginger juice 1/4 of a cup of chili pastetwo tablespoons of soy sauce 3tablespoons of brown sugar onetablespoon of sesame oil one tablespoonof fish sauce and one tablespoon of ricewine vinegar so these are theingredients we’re going to use so let’sgo ahead and make this sauce alright soin this step we’re going to startnow salsa you want to add your mincedgarlic mix your rice wine vinegar yoursoy sauce your fish sauce your sesameoil your ginger juice your brown sugaryour chili paste and give that a goodmix make sure you mix it well you wantto turn this mixture up you want todistort boiling once it comes to a boilyou want to continue to stir it forabout a minute or two and then you wantto reduce your heat and allow it tosimmer for about two minutes andcontinue to stir then oh you want toremove it from the eye and you want topour this mixture into an empty dish yousee how to solve sticking guys all rightlet’s move on all right so now ourchicken pieces are done we’re going toremove them from the oven and sit themover here on the counter to take a lookat them take a look at these guys nowguys these wings are supposed to looklike this with this color they areKorean fried wings so all right let’smove on to the next step all right sowhat we’re gonna do now is we’re justgonna remove these ticket pieces fromthe pan over to this bowl so you take alook at them guys they’re fully cookedthey look delicious – all right so goahead remove your chicken pieces andI’ll see you next step timeless awesomeby the way guys they are crispy just soyou know so in this step right here whatwe’re going to do is we’re going to addour Korean sauce of our wings I’m justgonna pour it all over the wings grabyour lid and do a little shake it bakeitbaking bake a shake it bake a-bake itbake it alright remove your lid and
