hi and welcome to Rogers kitchen todayI’m cooking up my barbecue chicken wingsa little spicy and a little bit smokywhat you’ll need is my magic barbecuerub you’ll also need some chicken wingsthat are cut up into pieces I know whatyou want to do is you want to make surethat the rub is incorporated withinthose chicken wings saturate and putthem really well and once you’re doneyou want to transfer those into aplastic bag so that the marinating takesplace once they’re in a bag you want tomake sure they’re all the airs allsqueezed out and also that you would rubit a little bit just to make sure thatthe the rub is incorporated once it’sthere you want to chill that for about12 hours I’d show mine for about 24hours now it’s on the barbecue too youwant to make sure that your barbecuetemperature is pretty high and then youdon’t want to put your wings on top ofthe fire you want to put them off sidethe fire you also want to make sure youspread them out so that the smoking andand the heat will get to the wings turnit every 20 minutes or so for about anhour and a half and when they’re donelet it rest for 10 minutes before yousit there and enjoy all the wings now ifyou’re using a pellet smoker you want toset your temperature at about 215degrees or about 225 the highs where Igo again you also want to spread outyour chicken wing so that it there’senough air enough space between them sothat they can cook properly also youneed to turn them every 20 minutes or sofor about the same time about an hourand a half hour 45 minutes and at theend it looks like this you get theoutside that’s nice and smoky andcolorful and the inside is nice andjuicy so that’s pretty much it those aremy wings so they’re a little bit ofspicy they’re little smoky and have alittle sweetness so enjoy call yourfriends or not enjoy myself thanks againfor watching follow me on PinterestInstagram YouTube Twitter and Facebookand if you haven’t subscribed to mychannel please subscribe to my channelso you can see all the other recipesthat would make a great barbecue dinneragain thanks for watching and we’ll seeyou next time
