2 lbs Beef Chuck Short Ribs
1 Sweet Vidalia Onion
Sweet Baby Rays Sweet & Spicy BBQ Sauce
1-2 TBSP Bragg’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with Honey
1-2 TBSP Butter
1 TBSP Honey
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Minced Ginger
1 TBSP Onion Powder
1/2 tsp White Pepper
1/2 -1 cup Wishbone Zesty Robusto Italian Salad Dressing
LB’s Seasoning Blend (as much as you like or seasoning of choice)

was of tasty taster so guys of courseyou know we’re all most of us aren’tquarantined we’re in the house so Iactually before we were put on lockdowndecided I was going to go grab some beefshort ribs so guys we’re gonna do asweet and spicy barbecue beef short ribit’s actually gonna be a tedious processbut it’s worth it so guys you’re gonnaneed some beef Chuck short ribs theseare boneless I had my butcher actuallydo these for me these are organic I hadto pay a little extra for them hence thereason I pull the price off cause Ididn’t want you guys like are youkidding me so I have them butcher thesefor me then I also you’re gonna so thisis one of the things you’re going toneed questioned beef short ribs I’m notgonna make barbecue sauce so we’re gonnause a bottle barbecue sauce we’re gonnause sweet baby Ray’s sweet and spicyguys if you don’t know about sweet babyRay’s if you don’t want to use sweetbaby Ray’s sweet and spicy you can useany barbecue sauce you choose you’regoing to need some zesty robust Italiansalad dressing I’m recommending wishboneum you’re gonna need some ginger you’regonna need some onion powder and onionthat’s a sweet Vidalia you’re gonna needsome garlic minced garlic you’re gonnaneed my lb seasoning blend on whateverseasoning blend you choose and you’regonna need some white pepper so guys goahead and grab your ingredients we’regonna do this quick easy dish that’seasy where you got to stay in the houseso okay Traci tasters we have watchedour state our thumb rips I personallythese are really big ribs I don’t knowif you guys can really see it the way Iwant you to see it but these are reallybig ribs guys trying to lift this up foryou a little bit so these are pretty bigribs right so what I like to do is Ilike to cut them in half just becauseyou know I’m not the biggest meat-eaterbut I think I’m gonna leave down thatsize I like to cut them in half now ifyou want to eat this whole if you wantto serve them whole you absolutely can Ijust like to cut mine in half so we’regonna cut these in halfI want to leave that fat on there to itI want to take it off that’s flavor cuteverybody in halfokay cut everybody in half and thenwe’re going to put everybody in mytrusty container because what we’reabout to do is we’re box with seasonthese up really welland I can stand over here if theyoverlap it’s okay but you don’t want tooverlap before you season okay so cuzwe’re about to season them in thiscontainer and we’re gonna put him rightthere in the middle okay let me move myboard all the way but you saw me washyour hands when you’re dealing with rawmeat but especially since we’re doingwhat we’re dealing with now you wannawash your hands so guys first thingwe’re gonna do so going to go in withour onion powder just liberally seasonon both sides I’m gonna say anapproximate approximate not definiteteaspoon on each side so now we’re inwith our LB seasoning blend or whateverseasoning youtubes you want to go aheadand put that on now on this side wellcome in with our trusty white pepperput that on and they ever gonna flipflip everybody overflip everybody over and that’s why guysI told you this is kind of a lengthyprocess you can actually do this todaybefore – he wants it so we’re slippingeverybody over back in with the same oldthing onion powder seasoning of choiceyou guys make sure you’ve seasoned thisliberally because these are beef ribs soit takes a little bit longer for theflavor kick in and then last but I’mthese our trusty white pepper I didn’twant to stick my hand back in thereafter I just still touch this meat sothat’s why I’m doing it this way whitepepper and that’s our season right yougot to tell you this knives I’m gonnatell you now you want to put about atablespoon or so of avocado oil on thisjust because it’s going to help thoseseasonings kind of permeate a little bit[Music]when it kind of mixture sea mist now youcan kind of mix your meat around if yousee you one more seasoning add moreseasoning but you’re not gonna need allthat you don’t want to over season it’seither because you do want to stilltaste to me so that’s what we’re gonnado we’re gonna let this guys fortwo hours in the fridge and then we’regoing to come in with our second part ofthe marinade so the marinating processin itself is anywhere from you caneither do this overnight or you can dothis for at least two hours you need todo this for a minimum of two hours withthe seasoning part okay and then we’regoing to come back in and we’re going todo the wet portion of the marinade whichis going to really make you guys say ohyeah I see why so guys I’ll see you backhere in a few minutes okay tasty tastyso I actually let my reel stay overnightwith the seasons on them so they’regreatly seasoned so now what I’m goingto do is just add in my salad dressingand you want to try to do it liberallynot too too much probably bottled upokay we’re gonna let that marinate foranother now now you can let this finishfor thirty minutes up to another hour ortwo but I want you to definitely mixthis around and that vinegar from thatdressing it’s gonna kind of break downthe meat a little bit more now you canadd more I don’t think I need morethere’s a lot in the bottom we’re justgonna mix that around it’s going to giveyou that grogginess and deliciousnessguys when I tell you these are sodelicious and so easy and yes it takes alittle time but you’re crunching so whatelse do you have to do take your timeprepare your food – you can see it’sbasically coated everybody’s almostcoatedokay so guys now we’re gonna go backinto the fridge let me wash my handskeep your hands clean guys even whenyou’re just having meat anyway butdefinitely keep your hands clean eventhough you’re in the house here atquarantine okay so we’re gonna go aheadand pop the lid on this and actually youcan either marinate this in the refrigor you can marinate on the table I’mgoing to leave it out on the tablebecause I like to cook meat you shouldalways cook meat at room temperaturesocially when you’re doing beef so I’mgonna let this sit on the table for thenext thirty minutes to an hour and thenI’m gonna come back and then I’m goingto share these off and we’re just gonnadrop them in the crock-pot so okay guysI have my crock-pot it’s on it was onhigh so what we’re gonna do is we’regoing to go ahead and get our saucegoing warmed up cuz you don’t want toadd cold or hot cuz this the meat isgoing to be coming off of a hot sphereso let me just tell you what we’re goingto do we’re going to add in one tothree cups of barbecue sauce aren’t webaby raceI’m gonna edit about 3 cups and down[Music]we’re going to add in 1 teaspoon 1teaspoon of minced garlic just to teachme we’re going to add in a teaspoonabout a teaspoon of ginger I thought weneeded that let’s whisk this around nowsweet baby Ray’s it has the flavor ofits ownI forgot to tell you guys you’re gonnaneed some apple cider vinegarso we’re gonna use my question on myorganic Brax we’re going to put in abouta tablespoon of that now some peoplelike that vinegary base barbecue sauceI’m not it doesn’t really matter to meactually we kind of twist that is justkind of kind of thin it out a little bitto those guys we’re also going to add atablespoon of butter okayyes you heard me right a tablespoon ofbutter you grab my spoon find atablespoon of butter cuz you know thathas to melt down now you don’t have toadd much liquid to this because once youadd the meat and be stronger cook it’sgonna release and reduce some of thesejuices and then it’ll go from there alsowe’re gonna add in our sweet VidaliaOnion guys drop our onion inso while you’re waiting on your meatsthe marinade you have your your actualcrock-pot working for you okay so you’regonna leave this on it’s on the highheat right now you’re gonna drop it downto the low heat once you put yourmeeting okay okay guys so I have mytrusty enjoy grill you know guys knowI’m the gadget girl gadget womanwhatever I love a good gadget so this ismy indoor grill guys it still gives methat char that indoor flavor is heatingup as you can see my little thing in themiddle I’ll show youactually who makes these guys it’s likerock grill I think you’ll have to orderonline my mom mom purchased this a longtime ago for me so we’re just gonna godown on our grill and we want thosebeautiful grill marks we’re just gonnaput our meat on the grilland you’re not gonna force me be able toget all of them on so you gotta get inyou’re gonna have to do it in batchesand just let it start cooking and thenI’ll show you what you do next okay guysso now we’re gonna flip these we’re notthey’ve been cooking for about fiveminutes just enough to get a little cuzbraces were just trying to sear these tobring in and give it a little smokyflavor but we’re not really trying tocook them fully because the crock potsgonna cook on the rest of the way okaybut we want that nice little sear onthem oohyes so we’re gonna leave this on so it’s5 minutes per side and then into our potokay five minutes per side and then intothe crock pot okay so these are ready tocome off as you can see they’re notcooked all the way through you see thatpink still in the middle they stillaren’t done but you want to get thatlittle grill taste so now we’re going totake it and bring that over here to ourcrock pot and we’re just going to laythese in to our barbecue sauce that’sbeen cooking this whole time okay andthis is the first set of ribs now we’regonna come back over try grill here anddrop our second set of ribs on the grilland then we’re going to drop those intoour crock pot as wellit’s my timeryou guys take your time with this dishyou don’t have to rush you guys are inthe house take your time in the meantime when you’re waiting on this to cookhave yourself something else that willsnack okay so now we’re going to gothese go five minutes per side and theninto the crock-pot with theseokay guys so these are done now we’regoing to go in to here with theso basically you just want to kind ofget a sear on this guy’s because thecrockpot gonna finish the cooking as youcan see my barbecue sauce has been goingthis whole time so it’s nice and hot sowe’re not bringing hot cold hot foodinto cold liquid cuz it stops thecooking process we don’t want to do thatokay so now we’re gonna go in with ourbarbecue sauce here kind of put these into fit them in table you can and then wehave our one last one here little thelast of the mohicans so now guys we’regonna let our crock-pot do the rest ofthe work and at the end you will seethese beautiful beautiful ribs okay soin salon I’ll fight with this so nowmaybe my child you don’t have to addliquid in the reason why now you see whybecause it’s coming with some liquidinto our crock-pot for five hours on lowokay five hours on low and then our ribsare going to be nice tender anddelicious see you guys five hoursokay tasty tasting so here are ourfinished product on our ribs I’m gonnago ahead and go in look at how tenderthat is look at the tenderness on thatguy’s so I’m going to take one more biteso this is after five hours in the crockpot this is the finished productmmmwhoo you guys see that I don’t know ifyou can see it look at thathmm no this is sweet little spicy tangymmm you can taste that smoke off of itoh my goodness hold on yeah I’m not thebiggest red meat eater but when I eat itmmm
