so a quick marinade that you canprobably put together from the things inyour cupboard that you already have isbarbecue sauce and you can use this soyour marinade pork belly which is whatwe’re going to do here or things likeribs but it’s very simplestraightforward and you probably do havea little bit in your cupboards so I’veraided my company put a big variety hereof things but not necessarily going tohave to use everything but it’s just myidea of what you can bring to make thattangy sweet yet savory sauce that werelooking for now what I’ve already got onthe bowl here is a got minced garlic andminced up onions and I’ve added in thebase of our stomach barbecue sauce whichis tomato ketchup and then added inI’ve actually got a variety you don’thave to do OH if you don’t have cidervinegar you can also use any othervinegars you have a New York cupboard sowe’ve got rice and vinegar which isawesome sushi but so I put a bit of bothin so that is like the basis of ourbarbecue sauce now I need to add alittle bit of a sweet element and asalty element together so what I’ll dois I don’t have any light brown sugarbut I’ve got a bit of treacle so I’lljust put a little spoonful in there dripoff and while we do that I’m gonna addsome dark soy sauce as well so just alittle splash in there now I’meyeballing all of this and you probablycan’t – at home but all you do is justgive it a taste test once you startcombining with the ingredient so I giveit a good mix and one of the otherthings I’m gonna add in is mustardso say if I get mustard sorryso I’m gonna add in a spoonful ofmustard and at least a little bit I’mgonna add add a bit more flavor I’mgonna add some sesame office deliciousand make sure you give it a good seasonas well and at this point I might giveit a little taste just to see how we’regoing and we can’t panic corrects if youneed a bit more vinegar in there or anylittle bit of sweetness you can also usehoney and sweet cause the only thing Ihad found in the cupboard we’re on theright line love me so I’ve also put inif you don’t have and if you’re runningout of salt also running low on thingsI’ve got the Marmite here I have to putthe HP and usually you can put a bit ofoyster sauce if you have any but youjust wanna make that smoky barbecuemarinade so I think what a lot one lastthing I know I’ve been adding quite alot of things but if you have five-spicethat also adds in a lovely littleChinese element to it so if you’ve everhad chas’d you watch this Chinese sparerib and also give thatmaking a few more spices right so thatis the basis of a barbecue sauce wellout of it volume to that and then justwill bake this in the in the oven for anhour and a half and so we really tenderpork belly in barbecue sauce so just tofinish it off I’m just going to add mypork belly the marinade so we get theline and I’m just going to mix themarinade in gently massage the porkbellymake sure god that is so goodthen in our tray we’ll just tuck it allin because they’re gonna just bake thisand all the juices will come out andI’ll keep it really moist but bake thisat 160 degrees centigrade in an oven foran hour
