okay so first and foremost we need tomake sure your hands are clean becausethat is disgusting and you can really begetting your hands in the food todaysounds weird put yeah anyway first youneed defrosted chicken can also cutfrozen chicken so you have to make sureit’s been out for like a while and thentry cutting it up into like sort of thatkind of size cubes you don’t want themtoo small because we’re gonna shred ityou want it so like still have theshreds but also too big it won’t fullycook through and basically after you cutall the fat and try to remove the mostamount of fat it does get very slipperyif you didn’t clean it so you have tomake sure you clean it and then just dothe same for all the rest of the chickenthingies and make them into cubes okaynow that’s done make sure you clean theboard properly so it’s not dirty and youcan actually cut stuff on it and thencover the chicken until it stopped thewater and boil it and then you want tocut onion if you have onions budding soI just use garlic so you have to cutyour onions and garlic try to make themonions a bit like the long strips solike you can make caramelize onions andgarlic you want to make them like reallysmall and then once the chicken iscooked you’ll be able to tell it’s whiteand like at least leave in like a highor like medium this sheet for like 10-15minutes and then I could definitely becooked and there’s you cannot go wrongwith a step just keep flipping it makesure there’s no big bits they didn’tmiss and try shredding it you just haveto like squish it and pull it apart andit will like shred straight away that’swhy you boil it because I like toloosens up the fibers and then you wannaget the pan make sure it’s sort of hotnot that much cuz you wanna burn thegarlic but I mean I just turn on bit to get Brown if youjust leave it there it’s a will getbrown so you want to keep mixing andmake sure all the liquids calms thislike this is a good amountit’s longing to be fully gone and thenyou just keep cooking it so get sort ofbrown and then you want to put oneteaspoon ish of tomato puree you want toput your salt cubes thing thosevegetable cubes or like chicken stock orwhatever and you want to make sure youput salt but a bit of water so now thestock cubes and then put some barbecuesauce in there maybe a bit later if youprefer and one teaspoon of sugar becausesugar is sort of concealed in the tomatobecause since you put tomato puree soright now there’s no barbecue sauce sojust make it like cooking in tomatopuree and tomato kind of like allowssugar to be in the dish without atasting weird because tomato is sort ofa sweet thing so kind of blends in mypoint is and just let it cook in for awhileand then what you want to do is onceit’s cooked at the barbecue sauce andand tip it all into a bowl but the oillike you don’t want to waste it so youcould just leave it in there and we’lluse it to toast tortillas laterso yeah although batters like it’s notyour regular oil it has like all theflavors and everything in it you mightwant to remove the big pieces because itwill like burn and stick to thetortillas so just remove the big chunksof chickenwell not chunks but like you know thosesmall things all burn and then you wantto put it first a layer of cheese notthat much yeah put too much anyway andthen the chicken you don’t be puttingtoo much either like it will like besufficient somehow you just put like 2-3teaspoons or whatever and that’s for oneperson and then you just wrap it up andput it on the grill thingy or just a padlike I’m doing and it will Brown andonce it’s brown just drizzle somebarbecue sauce on the top and boom yougot yourself some bomb-asschicken barbeque wrap sandwich thingythat tastes amazingoh yeah last thing you want to make sureyou don’t wrap it too tightly and youdon’t want to overfill it because thenthat happens so just try to wrap itperfectly I guessthis biz for the people that do notcrust that I’ve been up till 2:00 a.m.
