hello and welcome to episode 4 ofcooking with Kovac I’m here on locationoutside and we’re gonna do grilledchicken wings today I’ve heard somefeedback about healthier options whichI’m all for so I’ve decided to grillthis time we’re gonna do a coupledifferent sauces which we’ll edit andtake you inside for but for now we’regonna put these chickens on the grillnow I have this pan here or Bowl withalready seasoned chicken now again I’veshowed you a couple seasoned recipes andstyles that I like to do over 26 yearsthe reggaeton says own the Goya but hereI like a little zest to it put a littlelemon in there marinated even get itreally in the meat otherwise this isready to goI saved the footage down so what we’regonna do OCD apart my grill is on amedium heat right now and I’m gonna all got a little too much but youwant to put a dab depending on yourpreference and the sauce will actuallystart to crackle and pop kind of likeRice Krispies old eggand that will actually be called glazingthat’s a glazing that’s happeningonce it’s already off we’re gonna brushit on little tool of choice thebrush and you’re gonna smother and brushand brush and smother and you hear thatnoise I was telling you aboutzoom in real close you can hear that isthe glazing process happen Rises it’sthe bottom of the song trickles downcauses a scientific Malaysian thatprovides the wave and sticks to the
