what’s up everyone it’s your girl LisaKerr back with another video so today asyou guys can tell by the title and myenvironment I’m gonna be switchingthings up a little bit different todayand we’re going to be cooking you knowif you know me if you follow me onInstagramyou know that I love to cook cooking isa big passion of mine and why not sharethat with the world the viewer is thefollowers or subscribers you know I goty’all so today I am going to be makingone of my favorite most famous things inthe world I love to make it I think I’veperfected the recipe by now so why notstart this new series cooking with Lisawith one of my favorite and easy recipesthat I know literally off the back of myhand and to pair with my beef ribs I amgoing to be making some roasted potatoeslike cut-up roasted potatoes and somesauteed spinach okayso stay tuned and you will get therecipe and all the do’s and don’ts tohow you know I make this amazing meal ofmine but first things first when you’rein the kitchen oh I know if you can seetie your hair up okay because we don’tneed no food and nobody I mean we don’tneed no food we don’t need no hair andnobody’s food because that is the mostdis appetizer and I don’t even know ifthat’s a word but it’s one of the mostunappetizing things to see when you goout or just in general when you cook youdon’t want no hair in your food okay soreal quick I’m just gonna go over theingredients that I’m going to be usingfor each aspect of the meal on mypotatoes you know if you know me youknow Ipotatoes but I had these cuz I made somehomemade fries in my airfryer look ather so nice back there you don’t got aairfryer Oh what you’re doing so yeahI’m just gonna use these potato since Ialready have them why buy new ones andlike I said spinach one of the mainingredients for my spinach is going tobe some minced garlic yeah minced garlicand of course I have garlic powder aswell sorry it’s a little Brett can I dothis Oh does that workokay and then lastly we have the beefribs I got my pre-cut because I don’tknow how to cut no ribs and I alwaysusually get them pre-cut I never gotthem cut this small like I’ve never gotthese short ribs I’ve always gotten likethe longer ones but either way theygonna taste the same and mainingredients have that will be minigreens my beef ribs it’s gonna be mybarbecue sauce that I kind of do amakeshift I use this barbecue sauce it’sso greatsorry I have to get good lighting youknow I use this barbecue sauce and someketchup you know yeah so for all of theaspects of course we gotta have ourseasonings cuz we’ve seasoned aroundhere in these parts and these scriptsokay we season our food everythingeverything’s seasoned okay so of courseyou got to start off with youlori’s you feel me already seasoningsalt then you got your black pepper thenyou have your mrs. – the garlic and herbthen we have another garlic and herb butthis is going to be the roasted this oneis gonna mainly be for the ribs then wehave the occasion we have this Cajunsauce I mean we have this occasionseason in this isto be for the ribs as well like I showedbefore the garlic powder a little bit ofpaprika and I got this little bit ofjerk seasoning I don’t know why I justlove this season and I got it from whenI was in Bahamas and it’s just amazingto me so I put it on everything and thenat onion I’m gonna use the onion for thespinach and the potatoes so withoutfurther ado let’s get started firstwe’re gonna wash our hands and you’regonna hear me wash my hands becauseCoronababy hijk LMNOPbe using you wash your hands kids so thefirst thing we’re gonna get started onto prep is our beef ribs because we wantthis to marinate usually usually I liketo marinate my beef ribs at least likefor an hour two hourshonestly the longer the better butmaking this video I want it to be a partof the whole process I just didn’t wantto come to you guys with seasoned ribsso I’m not going to be marinating myribs for as long as I normally do butit’s still gonna be marinating alrightso we have our beef ribs on the boardprepped and ready and then literallythis is my favorite part because all youdo is line them up nice and then you’rejust starting this season and this isdifferent for me because of the themagnetic short ribs so I only have tothe regular ribs and on ebuy I only haveto season the top though with these onesit’s the top and the sides that are mostimportant I mean I always seasoneverywhere but still[Music]don’t worry about the fact that it’s notall getting on the one the I don’t knowif you could see but like they’reseasoning on the boardroll the meat and that seasoning[Music]the thing about beef ribs is that you’regonna put a sauce on it you want to makesure you season it well because likesome of that seasoning can get lost inthe sauce[Music][Applause]speaking of bahama guys I know I’mslacking my video is still not up fromBahamas but real quick I’m just gonnamarinate like I’m gonna rub in all theseasonings you know get it all in thereall right and while I do that I’m gonnatell you about Bahamas so the wayBahamas was set up um I didn’t reallylive in Bahamas I don’t know how much isalert there’s a lot of funny parts a lotof good parts and stuff like that but wewere lit like all the time so I was notable to record or even I didn’t want torecord myself in that state of mind likeI just couldn’t do itso that’s the reason why my Bahamas vloghas been taking so long to surface it’sbecause I just the footage isn’t thatgood i’ma let you guys know ahead oftime so let me show you how seasonedthese are let’s take a gander Wow lookat that now we’re gonna put these babiesto the side and let them marinate inthis season it next up we’re going to beworking on the potatoes I’m trying to doeverything in the order of like whatwill take the longest so I know the beefribs will take the longest okaysidebar when you’re making beef ribsmake the time because like I said Inormally marryfor like an hour two hours but it takesanother hour two hours to cook okay beefribs is not something you ever want torush you got to make sure it cooks niceand slowly you don’t want to put thetime up cause in the top will burn andstuff like that so yeah be smart aboutit so I’m gonna take a couple potatoesI’m not sure how many I’m just gonnakind of gauge it based on how I cut thembut you just kind of have to basicallygauge it for how much people you’recooking for that’s you and more peopleand stuff like that you want to makesure you wash your potatoes and scrubthem because I’m keeping my skin on soI’m gonna scrub my potatoes as wellOh what I’ll be right back I saw adjustthe camera a little bit so that you guyscan see not as much as my face but moreso on the potatoes just see how I’mcutting them and awesome that’s allnormally cut straight down the middle soit’s like that halves to cut them yeahalright so here are all my potatoes cutup roasted potatoes now we’re gonna goahead and season our potatoes then we’regonna go ahead and I’m gonna put someoil and there we have itmy seasoned oiled potatoes and we’regonna set these babies to the sauce Idefinitely just had a whole bunch oftalking and I wasn’trecorded so Wow boys have a plastic bagnearby for all of your trash I cut myonions so that basically I’m aiming forthis kind of look like I want these Ishould have cut them so small but Idon’t know if you guys even saw on thataiming for this yeah okay okay it’scoming mm-hmm mm-hmm okay so theseonions I think I’m gonna put with theyeah it’s coming up I’m upoh wow excuse me oh okay so these onionsthat I cut kind of small I’m gonna putwith the spinach because I want theonions with the potatoes to be a littlebigger because they are gonna cook downmore in the in the oven with the roastedpotatoes these are the potatoes andliterally I’m just gonna add them inthese looks so nice so now I have myonions and my potato mixture once againput those to the side now we’re gonnaput the attention back on the beef ribsand I’m going to make my little sauceconcoction so what I do is I just tooksome barbecue sauce any barbecue sauceyeah and sometimes store bought barbecuesauce is a little too much for me sothat is broadly that is my I add alittle bit of ketchup it kind of bringsdown that store bought barbecue sauce Iwouldn’t make barbecue sauce on my ownbut barbecue sauce if you don’t know isketchup and brown sugar and honestlybrown sugar caramelizing in the oven sotherefore it kind of burns faster or itcooks faster than the ribs need to sotherefore you can end up with burnt lipsfast so I just like to use already madebarbecue sauce I’m gonna put some Cajunseasoning in myicky sauce and I’m also gonna mix thatwith my jerk season Oh some of my jerkseasoning and some paprika all right sonow I’m gonna preheat my oven I’m gonnaput it to 350 375I always put it to 370 and then once Iput the ribs in there then I bring thetemperature down a little bit to like365 degrees but okay honestly my ovenshould have been preheating this wholetimeslacking long hair are the ribs thathave been seasoned and Marigny and lookat these Wow look at that y’all look sogood every side brah every side sorry ifI’m a little ashy up and washing myhands you know so now we’re gonna prepthe pan for the ribs the best kind ofpan to use is something that has depthto it because you have to seal the panentirely so on there put oil at thebottom of the pan and of course youdon’t want it to stick to the foil aswell so I’m just going to use some oilhonestly it only sticks anyway becauseof the sauce because the sauce justdrips down and it cooks into the oil andnow literally you just place them in thevanand then we’re going to put that to theside because we’re still waiting on theoven to finish be here I’m so mad nextis gonna be the pan that we’re gonna put[Music][Music]we’re gonna take our seasoned potatoesand onions and literally throw it on theDiana all right and for me the key toroasted potatoes is making sure thatit’s a even layer you don’t really wantpotatoes to be on top of each otherbecause you want them to be able to cookindividually by themselves I could haveput a few more onions in here but I’mnot cutting more crying so here we haveour even layer of potatoes as you cansee I could have put more onions but I’mreally not cutting any more evidence weneeded just in time so you’re gonna takeanother piece of foil and make sure thatit can cover the pan and go around thesides comfort pletely you don’t want itto just cook I don’t know what thatwasn’t right hand you don’t want it tojust hook on the side you want it tolike go all the way down so you needthis to be completely completelycompletely up feel the reason why youwant it to be completely sealed isbecause the beef ribs that cook betterbasically like with the steam justcirculating inside so literally I’mgonna go around every corner[Music]there you have it hey I’m gonna put mybeef ribs the middle rack and I’m gonnaput my potatoes lower rack and now guyswe play the waiting game okay so I’m notgonna lie to y’all I went all alivewhile I was waiting for a you know likethis stuff to kind of cook a little bitso I could so I could waste some timeand it ended up turning into a whole litlive party with my friends Rob it looksniceso you know I kind of have fast-forwarda little bitall I did is I put some I put the onionsin as you can see and I put some mincedgarlic and then I washed my spinach andthen I put back man it’s so crazy y’allbecause all this spinning is what was inhere and this is what I put a box to putit’s okay potatoes this is how they lookin you can real nice and roasted then wehave our beef ribs yeah so um it wasprobably like 30 minutes through 30 noI’m lying like 45 minutes through I tookthe beef ribs out and I slaughteredladders I put some of the barbecue sauceon it and I use this just kind of slideit on there I’m sorry y’all like Ireally did some stuff with our camerabut it just got lit it got lit in thelives broth Karen had me taken shotsKaren and jasmine and we had so muchpeople come through so much people showlove so I don’t think it was a good timeand I just couldn’t I never say no to agood time that’s so crazyI really put this amount of this is awhole thing and it’s simmered down totwo servingsI hate spinach I hate spinach I can’tstand it’s been a long nightit’s about to be midnight and we’regonna call it a night so here we haveeverything that was done y’all this isthe spinach this is what the spinach wasreduced to but these are my
