When you grill pork chops, it’s important that you have a very hot coil.You grill it for as short as possible because the chops have to be juicy inside, not dry.If they are dry inside, they aren’t grilled as they should be. It doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t eat it.I like wider pork chops, I put on salt and pepper, lemon juice and a little olive oiland I leave them in it for 2 or 3 hours.You can use salt and pepper just before you grill it, it’s up to you.Just be careful that they don’t burn. You can check them by cutting them near the bone.
