This is how to achieve non-sticky Tasty Spaghetti Jollof and Spicy oven grilled chicken. The outcome is suitable for parties and special occasions.

Ingredients:
400g Spaghetti
4 Chicken thighs
3tbs tomato purée
2 medium sized onions
1&1/2 Knorr seasoning cubes
5tbs olive oil
1tbs butter
Fresh rosemary
Fresh coriander
A thumb size of ginger
A pinch of garlic paste
Salt to taste
Curry power
Dry thyme
Paprika powder
Mixed dry spices

Garnish with:
Half of an avocado
Fresh lettuce

this video today okay thankyou so much my returning subscribersthank you so muchI really really appreciate each andevery one of you yeah guys today is sucha bright day and it’s sunny andeverything it’s just sad that we kind ofgo out and enjoy the the Sun andeverything but the positive is that Ican actually film this video and on thebright light bright natural light I meanyeah so it’s a positive what am I sayingin a sense what I’m trying to let usknow is that instead of focusing on thenegatives happening around us right nowwe can’t think of the positives that arecoming out of it like the bonding timewere enjoying it family nowlike having time with your kids photosabout that those of us that have kidsyeah having time to talk to friends fora long time on the phone and justgenerally having quiet moments back athomeso those are the positives we can allyou know focus on why we hope that verysoon this will be over okay guys yeahjust to drop that word of encouragementbefore we go into our kitchen and makesome spaghetti jollof and green woodspicy grilled chicken guys yeah that’sour recipe for today and just hang onwhile we do that it’s also a positivethat we can afford to make some yummydishes and enjoy right from the comfortof our homes without having tonecessarily go out like it’s out orvisit restaurants guys let’s get in andmake some yummy[Music]welcome back guys yeah we’re gonna startwith this fourth sizable chicken tiesand then we have our fresh chili peppera ton of garlic one sizable red onionfresh rosemary and a corianderso we also be needing this garlic pasteand then about two tablespoons of oliveoil here of mystics and scoops a littlebit of this to stream our chicken guyswouldn’t have time to marinate thischicken so I add some salt now somecurry powder and time I’ll add some mixthe spices and then I’m going to beadding two cubes of No so I’m going tobe kind of hot marinating this yeahsince we don’t have so much time to letit sit for a long time yeah and becausewe’re going to be steaming out somestone from this Jam as well so I’ll justsay that for about four minutesyeah to just then get the chicken kindof softer you know before we add somewater just about this quantity of waterI’ll be covering that to cook in a bitbecause we need the stock for our sourcemeanwhile I’ll be adding a tablespoon ofbutter into the remaining the remnantsof our blended herbs okay yeah and thenI’m gonna add a little bit of water andblend that into a smooth paste like thisso I’ll transfer it into our alreadysteamed chicken earrabbit skin coats the chicken very wellin this okay that I’m gonna be puttingsome paprika powder on it for some colora little bit more salt and then I’lljust mix everything together to achievethis and with this method I’m only gonnalet it sit for this in 10-15 minuteswhile I prep other things here is thestock we’ll be using for our spaghettijollof and here is the water for a boilin it it’s been 15 minutes guys and Itransferred it onto the Queen Brock yeahone could actually grill it in thatbread pan here to make to leave itjuicier but I wanted to dry out a littlebit yeah so reason I’m transferring itonto this rock I will be grilling thatfor about 3045 minutes since it’salready half cooked meanwhile we’ll beusing the submarine love of pocketingthe bigger sizes yeah if you love thetiny ones you could do that as well andI just took about this much disparityboys normally in nine minutes as thesaid so we’re gonna pop all it forcomplete six seven minutes so that whenit gets into our sauce it shouldn’t taketime to get done okay so our justdroppeda few drops of oil into it to keep itseparate like this yeah Anna tiny littlebit of salt as well so ready ensure thatit’s been six minutes guys and Istrained the spaghetti poured cold waterover it to stop the cooking process tokeep it fluffy like these guys we don’twant it sticky at all okay so that’s mysecret to achieving a stick freespaghetti Joe okaymeanwhile over here we’re going to bepreparing our sauce and be using thistomato puree over here I’ll transferabout 3-4 tablespoons of all that’solive oil guys and then I dropped mychopped onions that’s about one mediumsized onion and here I’m gonna justsprinkle in some of my mix the spicesyeah if you’ve been watching me for awhile you’ll be used to this by usingthat meat spices by now it’s a differentbrand but still the same content so Isauteed my onion for a beat and thenI’ll be transferring about threetablespoons of the tomato puree that’sall been using for this okay so guyswill be staring this for the next fivesix to eight minutes okay yeah meanwhilewe’re going to be spicing it up in a bitto just get all those flavors in hereI’ve just added one cube out of innerpart and then about half a teaspoon ofsaltI will stay that inat this point the tomato is beginning tocome together like stew and then I addedthe stock aboard at earlier rememberit’s well spiced so we have all we needin it already so I rinsed it out alittle bit and a this about this much ofwater we don’t want this sauce watery atall as our pasta our spaghetti isalready precooked so now we’re going totransfer in the spaghetti can you seehow separated those petite disparityloose yeah so the secret worked so I’mgonna just gently combine it incorporateit into this sauce like get it wellcoated in this sauce yeah and we haveabout two three minutes cook time leftfor this spaghetti at this point I addeda tiny little bit of water just to getthe pot boiling for three minutesdice at this point it is already look atthat this spaghetti is still not stickydice food is ready we just go ahead andserve at this point – the chicken wasalready[Music]so here we have it oh I love how thesauce kind of coats every single strandyeahdoes without the spaghetti being soggyor anything try this Metroid witnessedunit is patented you love and I’d loveto hear your feedback there goes ourspicy grilled chicken and some
