welcome back to another video everybodytoday we’re gonna go outside and we’regonna do some grilling and what I wantto share with you today is how I make myCounty Fair style marinated chickenbreasts so I’m gonna start with threechicken breasts and the otheringredients we’re gonna need our lemonjuice this is all for the marinade somelemon juice some regular table salt abottle of Tabasco some minced garlicwe’re gonna need some warm water that’sgonna go in this container right hereand then finally we’re gonna flatten outthose chicken breasts a little bit soyou’re gonna need a rolling pin and aziploc bag all right so I’ve got thesethree chicken breasts in this ziplockand I’ve got my rolling pin here and theidea here is to just kind of level outthe high end of the chicken wrap sothat’s these things more evenly mosttimes when you cook a chicken breast onthe grill it’s got that bulky high endand then the thinner tip down here andeither got an overdone tip and a done inthe other thing that could happen is isyou get the thin part here done justright but then the bulky part isundercooked so like I said we’re tryingto level everything up it doesn’t matterhow flat you get them it just has to beeven all the way across all right thoseare all pretty flapsjust cook evenly next thing I’m gonna dohere is I’m gonna take a fork and justpuncture a few holes a few perforationsinto that meat so the marinade can getin there all right so now we’re gonnaput our marinade together first thing Igot here is a cup of warm water in thisbowl I’m going to add a cup of lemonjuice 1/4 cup of the table salt now ifyou don’t like salt as much as I do youcan cut that back I’m going to add atablespoon of the minced garlic with thejuices in there and about a half abottle of this Tabasco and take mywooden spoon I’m going to give that astirwant to make sure that salt is dissolvedokay so once that’s all dissolved thenyou can put in your chicken breasts intothe marinade make sure they are immersedin there flip them around a little bitand then put the cover on top now you’regoing to want to put that in therefrigerator between four and six outall right I am outside right now and itis raining but I’m gonna grill thesechicken breasts anyway I’m standingunder the awning right now so I don’tget wet don’t get my camera wet and I’mgonna get that grill nice and hot rightnow it’s about 350 and as soon as ithits 400 there with the lid shut I’mgonna turn them from high down to mediumall right so I’ve taken the breasts outof the marinade place them on the grillon medium heat I’ve got thempresentation side down or the smoothside down at first and I’m gonna keepflipping those until they get to be anice golden brown and I’m gonna checkthe internal temp and they need to be at165 Fahrenheit to be safeall right so I’m checking my internaltemp it’s a little over 165 so thatchicken breast is ready to remove fromthe grill and the other one should betoo and while those are resting insideon the cutting board I’m gonna toast meup sesame seed bun all right so back inthe kitchen here and I’ve got threeplump juicy marinated chicken breaststhat are just resting here you want tolet those rest between five and tenminutes and also got some pickles cut upand a little mayo and like I said I gotthe by toasting outside let’s go getthat thing and build our sandwich allright so while that bun is out they’retoasting I’m going to take one of thesebreasts and cut it in half so that itfits on the bun my family likes to eatthese plain they like to eat sandwichessometimes we put cheese on them theytaste great cold right out of the fridgeif you have leftovers so really won’t bedisappointed no matter which way youdecide to enjoy these chicken breastsall rightthis sandwich is ready to eat I’m justgonna slice through the middle of thatcut it in half just to show you all thatlooks and it looks pretty good so allright so I’m ready to go in for a bitehere of my grilled county-fair stylechicken sandwich see how it tastesit tastes perfect it’s juicyall the flavors are thereremember you can eat this plain they’regreatleftovers but these sandwiches arereally good so hope you give it a tryand I know you’ll enjoy it so I’ll beback for another video until theneverybody be well thanks for watchingand like and subscribe if you like thevideos we’ll see you soon take care
