This is a very easy pork rib recipe for anyone that is on Covid 19 quarantine lockdown. These ribs are so easy to make and and will please the whole family. Just put a coat of Chupacabra Cajun blend rub on then apply a coat of Killer Hog’s “The BBQ rub” and smoke in your smoker for three hours at 180 degrees. Every hour spritz with a 50/50 mixture of Apple Cider Vinegar. Pull the ribs off and wrap in aluminum foil with 1/2 stick of butter, some brown sugar and honey. Place back on smoker at 225 degrees for two hours. Remove from aluminum foil and coat with your favorite BBQ sauce and place back on 225 degree smoker for 30 minutes if you prefer your ribs with a little bight through, leave on for an hour if you want fall off the bone ribs. hey welcome back thanks for joining meI’m Carlton Duncan and today sinceeveryone’s on this shelter-in-place andall this coronavirus or Kovan 19 goingaround we’re just going to do somethingeasy because there’s not much in storesluckily we have stuff that we’ve keptaround and we keep stocked up on stuffbecause of where we live here in Wyomingwe’re gonna be doing some pork ribs onour pellet smoker now you can do thisrecipe on any smoker it’s a simplerecipe just something quick that you cando for your family if you’re having ashelter-in-place or there are somestates I understand their own lockdownright now so but this is something youcan really that’s really easy to do youcan do it on any smoker so let’s get toitokay what I’ve got here I’ve got tworacks of pork ribs they’re just the babybacks I’ve already trimmed them and I’vealready pulled the membrane off the backso we’re not gonna go through thateverybody knows how to do that but thefirst thing I’m going to do is I’m goingto take some of the chupacabra Cajunblend this is really good stuff I likeit on pork and I’m just going to put agood coat on the backside here I’m notputting any bind or anything on thistime just coming we’re just gonna seasonthem up just get a good coat on it heremake sure you get all the edges realgood all the way down yeah this Cove is19 or this coronavirus pan it’s got alot of people panicking right now andyou know I don’t want to catch itI really don’t but you know I mean allyou can do is just try your best to youknow use social distancing and you knowwash your hands I’ve washed my hands allthe time anyway and I use a lot of handsanitizer so you know I mean just tryyou know try my best not to get it andhope for the best that’s about all youcan do and just shelter in place and dowhat you know the leaders in your Statesand your counties they know what’s goingon so just kind of listen to them okaywe got that on herethe chupacabra Cajun blend now we’regoing to turn these over and we’re gonnado the same thing to this side justgonna put a good coat on on both of themand these are some pretty good ribs Igot it Sam’s here ahseveral weeks ago Pat these in we’llturn these over okay the next thingwe’re going to use is I’ve got somekiller hogs the barbecue rub I reallylike this stuff too and this combinationwith the killer hogs and the chupacabraCajun blend it’s fantastic on pork ribsit really it really sets them off itreally does good so we’re gonna get agood coat on these ribs on all the edgesokaydo a little bit more on hereyeah but you just want to do the samething you just want to cover the edgesreal good all the way aroundokay Pat that in real good now we’regoing to turn these over and we’re gonnado this side just put a good coat on[Music]well I like the color that it givesthese ribs to these two these two rubsreally really make the color stand outon these make outstanding color okay allrightI got them seasoned up just gonna letthese hang out here we’re gonna go outwe’re gonna get our pellet grill we’regonna get it going we’re going to beusing cherry pellets today so let me goget that goingwe’ll get these on I’ll be right back[Applause][Applause]okay I got my smoke tube filled up withcherry pellets we’re gonna let that burnfor a few minutes and I’ll be right backwe’ll have this ready to go home as youcan see it’s starting to snow now alittle bit but that’s okay we’re gonnaget these on right quickyou scrunch them up hag you put them onthere that’s how they’re gonna cook[Music]okay all right get these closed up we’llbe ready to go okay we had a rip domefor three hours and we pulled them offnow we’re gonna wrap them and the firstthing I’m going to do is I’m just gonnalay down about a half a stick of butterand I’m gonna go over it I’m just gonnaput down a little bit of brown sugardoesn’t take a whole lot just coupletablespoons all you needokay now then all I’m gonna do is I’mgonna take some honey and I’m gonna goover it just put a little bit of honeydown there we go that’s all we need nowI’m gonna take these and they’re goingmeet down and we’re just going to wrapthem tightthis way first[Music]this one back to the side right herewe’re gonna do this one same way gonnaput four slices of butter down I stillhad a little bit of paper on it and thenwe’re gonna take some of the brown sugarwe got here we’re just gonna sprinkle itover just like that actually it doesn’ttake a whole lot of brown sugar a coupletablespoons maybe take some little bitof honey put on it and now we’re gonnago meat side down right on top just likethat we’re gonna wrap these upand one thing that I did do that Ididn’t show on here every hour i wentout and i spritz these with a 50/50mixture of apple cider vinegar and waterjust mix it up in a little sprayer andwent out and spritz them now i’m gonnaput these back in here nowI turned my pellet smoker up to 225 andI’m gonna put these back home for twohours just like this at 225 and I forgetthat done we’ll be back in here we’regonna pinch them up okay I’m real quicktwo hours round and we I pull them outbroadband we drained all the fluid allfoam all the liquid that was in theliving room fall now we’re going tosauce them up and you can use anybarbecue sauce you like I’m using behindTexas style and we’re just going to puta good coat[Music]we’re just going to do the top side tomeet side[Music]we’re don’t hear real goodso you’re just gonna do it real quickyou can all solve stuff the barbecuesauceokay there we go I’m gonna go get theseback home now if you want it if you wantthese to be fall off the bottom justfall off you want to run it 45 minutesor an hour at 225 but if you like tohave a little bit of bite to it let’srun it 20 to 30 minutes so I’m gonna getthese back on and when we get themthrough I’ll be right back with you andwe’ll show you how they turned out okaywe’ve got the rim lock and then theylook amazing if they’re smelling reallygood toobut before we tie it to them let’s kindof go over what we did this is just areal easy way to do real that’s reallygood during this time of you know thepandemic whatever you’re stuck at yourhouse and you really can’t get out andabout you just want to cook somethinggood they hold these now the freezer andjust put a coat of the Chupacabra Cajunblend on it some killer hogs deepbarbecue rub on it put up on your smokeryour belly grill or any other smoker youwant at 180 degrees for 3 hours pullthem off wrap them up use a little bitof butter pull the pants you know have astick of butter per rack of ribs alittle bit of brown sugar a little bitof honey put them back on there raisethe temperature up to 225 once they’vebeen on for two hours pull them off putwhatever your preferred barbecue sauceis if you wanna make homemade or if youjust want to put some store-bought doyou have to sitting around on there justget put a good coat of barbecue sauce onthem put them back on there just likethis back on your smoker if you want itto have a little bit of a tube running20 to 30 minutes if you just want to befall-off-the-bone tender run them for 45minutes to an hour and they’re donethey’re ready to go and these look greatI mean they turned out amazing to me butit’s real simple real easy so I’m fixingto cookthis one up just going to turn it overso I cut to clean the bones and firstthing I’m going to do is I’m going tocut it here and I use cherry woodpellets on these I think cherry goes toreal whale applicants real wood takethat one right there man don’t you lookat that smoke ring and they wereabsolutely perfect and you want tospritz them every hour with a 50/50mixture of apple cider vinegar and waterjust every hour go out on the firstthree hours and just prison but you cansee these are pretty close to fall offthe bone here but happy to give this atrythat is good grip right there quick easyyour family are going to love these soI’m really appreciate you joining metoday and I want everybody to be
