so today we are gonna be makingbarbecued ribs baked into the oven andthis is the seasoning that I like to usefor my dry rub mixtureI have sprinkled it into two pans foreach pan I also have sprayed a nonstickspray now to each of these pans I’mgoing to be adding some brown sugar[Music]for the ribs there is going to be amembrane attached to them to help getthat off you’re noticing I’m gonna beusing a paper towel it just helped gripsit so that I can get it off in one cleanshot but that doesn’t always happen I dostruggle a little bit which is okay soit’s just gonna take me a few trieslonger to get all of it off and that’sfine[Music][Music]now because I do have that membrane offit is going to be a lot easier for me tocut up the meat now a lot of peopledon’t like the meat cut before they cookit I personally do and that is why I’mcutting up the meat before I bake it[Music]so we have cleaned our counters I’mgoing to be pulling these meat trace alittle closer and we are going to beadding brown sugar directly onto themeat[Music]and then after the brown sugar I amgoing to be adding more of the seasoningthat I had originally put in the pan[Music]so right now just to kind of ensure thatthat flavor is all over every singlepiece i am patting the meat down withthe seasoning as well as i’m alsorotating each piece[Music]now before I put these into the oven Iam gonna be putting not a lot of waterbut just a little bit of water it isgonna sort of create like a steamingeffect with the meatand then I will be covering the ribs andyou can use foil if you don’t have lidsso these are going to be going into theoven at 350 for about 2 hours 2 hoursand 15 minutes give or take[Music]and once you take them out of the oven Ishould have grabbed an oven mittthat’s what I’m gonna recommend[Music]I want to show you what the meats gonnalook like now for the juice I will bedraining thatand then what I want to do is actuallyflip over the pieces so that it is kindof the meat side up[Music][Music]and this is how tender the meat is rightnow it’s almost through thatfall-off-the-bone stageso I am gonna be covering these back upand putting them back into the ovenstill at 350 degrees but only for about30 minutes so now these are actuallyback out of the oven after that 30minutes and I’m going to be putting on asauce that I grabbed out of the fridgeyou can pretty much use any sauce thatyou have on hand[Music][Music]I said now I’m just grabbing a brush andanother reason why I like to cut up mymeat is when I put the sauce on it Iknow the sauce is gonna run down thesides and I know you guys can’t smell itbut these actually smell really reallygood right now[Music]and we will be doing this to the otherpan before we put it into the ovenI’m sure they are ready to go into theoven[Music]now you’ll notice I’m not covering theseand that is because we want the ribs toget that caramelized color that we alllike so this is only going to be goinginto the oven for about 35 minutesand now the ribs are done and they smellreally good[Music]this is what the rib meat looks likeit’s so tenders and it is fall off thebone[Music]so this is what them the rhibs gonna belooking like which looks amazing itsmells amazing now let me tell you ittastes amazing[Music]alright guys I hope you enjoy I hope youlike and subscribe byeyou
