hello welcome to the first edition ofmooses grill this is our first videoevermy daughter Risa Spellman and we make agreat team together we think right soour whole point is we’re gonna come uphopefully with some great recipes andput them on the smoker and teach peoplehow to prepare meals and cook them theright way and if you guys havesuggestions you can throw them on ourYouTube site after we’re doneso the first meal we’re gonna make is apork tenderloin so this is from Costcothey have the two pack we’ve got someLowery’s honey bourbon marinade hereabout that sound of delicious Italiandressing works great for pork too butwe’re gonna try this one and we’re justgonna throw it into this one gallon baghere alright so you can see we’ve gotour pork tenderloin it looked like onebig one it’s actually two smaller onessome people like to use a baker’s twinekind of tie these together and cook itas one I actually like to cook themseparately because they cook a littlebit faster that way even on low heat andwhen you have a family of five peopleit’s nice to be able to do stuff whenyou don’t have four hours to cooksomething so we’re gonna take thesetenderloins and we’re gonna put ourmarinade in here I’m just gonna go aheadand put the whole bottle in why notthe more the merrier when it comes tomarinade right so we’re gonna get thatin there and then we are going to makesure we get as much air out of this bagas we can so if you’ve ever done Suviyou know how to do this kind ofpartially zip this shut and just leavethe end open here and then we’re gonnapush the rest the year out of this thingtill the sauce gets right to the endthen we’re going to zip it up alrightand there you have it you gottenderloins so we’re gonna put that inthe fridge overnight and we’ll take itout tomorrow and that’s forpick up all right we’re back next daywe’ve got our pork tenderloins here thathave been marinating and the there waslike a honey bourbon marinade and nowwe’re gonna put some some rub we’regonna put this on pretty thick nevertried itrib rack pork rub it sounded goodwe kind of try a little of all differenttypes of rubs here so we’re not biasedwe’re gonna do in a minute we’ll do somegrilled pineapple slices that go wellwith this too so first we’re gonna getthese on the grill though because I’vegot it rolling right now at 275 degreesso we’ll get these started and thepineapple won’t take as long so whatwe’ll do is kind of put a liberal amountof rub on both sides here so flip thesequick put some rub on the other side andand we’ll go outside and we’ll get theseget these on the grill all right sowe’re out hereGorillaz up to 250 i ended up going with250 as we have some time and we’ll justgive it a little more smoke but this isa pellet grill but what the great thingabout pork tenderloin is they’re supereasy to do if you’re using charcoal orgas and ideally I like to cook them onindirect flame indirect heat so if I’musing a charcoal or gas I will you knowcook them indirectly but you can cookthem on direct heat as wellit’ll just cook quicker but obviously myfavorite is any kind of pellet grillwhere you can get that smoke flavor andjust a little more consistent cook sowe’re gonna put these on I’ve got aprobe in this one I don’t really need itin both but we’re gonna take these off Ilike to cook them till 145 is kind of alittle bit of pink so we’ll take theseoff probably at like 140 243 degrees letthem sit for 10 minutes or so 10-15minutes and they’ll get up to 145 sowe’ll put these on and then in I’llmonitor the temperature but probablyabout a half hour we’ll put thepineapple slices on as wellall right are it’s time to cut up thepineapple so we’re gonna cut the top andthe bottom off here we’re gonna cut thisinto slices actually first we’re gonnatake off the whole outside here and thencut up into slices and cut just thisthis core area here out of each sliceand throw them on the grill so we’ll dothat now[Music]all right meet set 125 degrees so sincewe’re only at 250 I’m gonna put these onnow using these are gonna be like ondirect heat or if you’re cooking warmerthey don’t take that long there’s reallyno done or not done it’s just gettingsome grill marks on these and gettingthem warm and they tend to caramelize alittle bit if it’s and if it’s hotterbut put those on until the meat gets to142 and they should be good to go atthat point so we’ll come back out allright our tenderloins are ready 143degrees we’re gonna take them off hereandbring them in see how they’re lookinglooking good pineapples looking goodby the way on the pineapple if you’redoing rings like this slice them thickkeeps it from drying out we have apineapple corer but it makes them reallythin so I don’t ever use that that’s whyI had to do everything manually allright let’s see we’re gonna bring thisin and let the Tenderloin sit for about10 minutes we’re going to tent them andlet them sit all rightour tenderloins have been sitting forjust about 10 minutes now so startcutting these up and see how they lookso here’s the tails gonna be a littlemore a little more cooked and as we getinto here looking good so you just wanta little kind of little pink throughoutis perfect so it’s not too dry[Music]all right so my kid still may have tosay don’t forget to like subscribe andcomment down below if you like therecipe is that what it is yeah okay andmake sure you send the link on to yourfriendsI’ll ring that bell too and thank youguys for watching[Music]
