Trevor’s Sauce Attack Chicken

welcome back to episode 1 of the hoodcooking show hey welcome back now thisis the chickenI’ve got prepared he’s just six chickenthighs which I know are very bad for youbut I love them very much and I just dida light light coat of mayonnaise overthe chicken and that keeps the chickenmoist and it also helps to rub the stickand then I just did it on a nice nicetight corner driver a bottom top andbottom and then I’ll cook them on thegrill or smoker or under the broilertonight I am without a grill so I’mgonna end up without a smoker becauseI’m getting ready to move so I’m gonnause my broiler but um and then with thatskin side facing up and then you startbasting them with the barbecue sauce youknow when they’re on 90% done I actuallyused to make all my own rubs for youknow different ones for chickendifferent one for pork but now honestlyMcCormick has such awesome rubs right inthe grocery store anymore that I reallydon’t bother so I just this is one of myfavorite so they use the chicken thingit’s Applewood McLaurys applewood smokedsomething or other but is that brickchicken and pork
