Fall off the bone tender oven roasted BBQ ribs. Dry rubbed, slow roasted and then BBQ sauce is added and you broil for 5 minutes. Delicious.

hello everyone and welcome back to asthe rooster crows Melissa since she isthe mandatory kind of work peoplewhatever it’s called before they have togo to work I’m here today and I am goingto make an oven-roasted barbecue ribs inthe yeah in the oven and I want to seehow these are going to turn out so rightnow I am just taking off the skin offthe back part here and now I’m going toget all the ingredients togetherto make a dry rub and we’re gonna rubthis with the dry rub we’re gonna wrapit we’re gonna put it in the oven andbake it for at 275 for three hours thenwe’re gonna pull it out we’re gonna putbarbecue sauce on it and then we’regoing to use the broiler for about fiveminutes to get that on there and thenthese should be just about fall apartperfect ribs okay so for this rub we’regonna be using a half a cup of brownsugar a tablespoon of garlic powdertablespoon onion powder one teaspoon ofsalt one tablespoon of chili powder twoteaspoons of cumin two tablespoons ofsmoked paprika and they said you can addone to two tables teaspoons of cayennepepper we’re not gonna do thatI don’t need any heat on here so anywayI’m gonna get down I’ll put it into thisball Melissa will write it into thecomments like she always does do youhave it and then we’ll get it put onthese ribswell now I’ve got all that wispstogether good I’m gonna have to put thisin like a cookie sheet and I don’t havea really big one we’ve got the smallerones and the medium one but it doesn’tquite take us I’m gonna take a cut thisin half and since my fillet knife isdirty I’m going to try this knife seehow that works that works pretty goodnice so now you want to take and getthis dry rub on all sides of this nowthat we have the rub on down we want toget these wrapped up in foil nice andtight[Music]there we go I’m going to shove them inthe oven at 275 it’s not a timer forthree hours Alexa set a timer for threehours three hours starting now we haveabout 40 more minutes left it smellsreally good in here so it says theyshould be four oh yeah fork-tender theyare now I’m supposed to drain all thisliquid off I think the easiest way to dothat is just to dump it into this thingand put them on a different a differentcookie sheet I think instead I’m goingto try to drain it into somethingbecause it[Applause]so Melissa really likes barbecue sauceI’m not real big on barbecue sauce soI’m just going to do one of these racksnow we’re gonna put this back in forfive minutes[Music]now we just let these rest for fiveminutes and they’re ready to be cut upand eaten you can see how tender this isthe bone will just pull right outis it bad I don’t think it’s gonna betoo badit is kind of dusty mineit actually does have a pretty decenttaste yes good I was worried with allthe like chili powder or whatever was inthere that it would be taste likeMexican or something or whatever but itnoI was with the barbecue sauce that’sgood ready to eat all rightmake up some platesokay everyone well there you have itthey’re definitely the probably thetenderest rooms I’ve ever made I thinkyeah they’re really good so you guyswill have to give this a tryokay everyone well thanks a lot forwatching what is melissa say at the endof the videos like comment subscribe ifyou try this let me know what you thinkI’ll see you guys on the next video
