[Music]my video but I just want to show youthat you’re gonna go ahead and removethis skin okayyou just gotta lift it up and then pullit it comes out in one piece very easyand then you go ahead and just clean itup removing all of the fat you know andthen you turn it over here if you wantI’d like to remove all fats or not allbut the majority of it and you can justcome in and then you just remove the fatand then I’m just gonna continue toclean it and once I remove all the fatfrom the front in the back then I’mgonna go ahead and just wash it off withsome lime fresh lime juice then we’regonna put a little bit of salt on thereand then rinse it all right guys ourribs are wash they’re clean they’rerinsed off so what I will do now is addsome fresh lime so you squeeze a littlebit of fresh lime over your ribs thenI’m gonna add my a piece I have a littlebit left I’m gonna go ahead and put thewhole thing in there and my Epis isseasoned and then what I’m going to dois add some black pepper okay then I’mgonna add some garlic it’s a little bitof garlic powder like thatthen I’m gonna add some seasoning saltlike this you can use whatever seasonthat you like these are the ones Ichoose to use and just a moment of adoboand notice I’m not using any Maggie sothis is good to go then up my freshthyme parsleyI didn’t tie them up that’s perfect thenI’m also add in some cut onions and thenwe’re gonna also I have some clove thatI smashed so I’m just gonna add oneclove of garlic and then we’re gonna mixit may be sure everything is nice andseasoned okay back and front thissmelling so good guys the if he’sremember your a piece already haveflavor in it as well so this is awesomealright so here is I’m gonna move theseout the way so this is how your meatshould look nice and seasoned so whatI’m going to do is I’m going to let itmarinade you don’t have to you couldjust put it straight on the stove butbecause I’m gonna go do something elseI’m just gonna let it marinate for about15 or 20 minutes then I’ll come back andshow you what I do nextalright guysI put bring it to a boil it’s on highand of course I’m gonna add my scotchbonnet but I’m not popping it so it’snot gonna make it spicy I just want theflavor of the skin of the scotch bonnetto infuse my liquid so what I’m gonna dois since it came to a boilif you notice I did not add any water inhere it’s gonna release this own juicesso I’m gonna turn my stove down to amedium low just so I can get a simmeruntil this is nice and cooked so I’llcome back and show you what that lookslike on medium low heat for about 40minutes depending on your stove you justwant to maybe check it at the 30 minutemark and see if it’s tender if it’s notthen go ahead and let it cook until it’stender and if you notice it still haveliquid in it then I’m gonna use thatliquid maybe to make some rice or orsome sauce for something else and also Iwant you to notice that I let it cookfacedown so the meaty part is what I letcook inside of be nice juices becauseautomatically if you notice we stillhave seasoning on the back part of it sothe the heat the steam you know it’s notthat much meat on the back so it iscooked so everything’s looking good soI’m gonna go ahead and put it in one ofour oven pans and then I’ll come backand show you it alright guys here’s thebarbecue took it out of the pot and I’mputting it in this glass up and panI’m gonna stick it in the oven alrightguys my oven I have it on high boil okayyou will press your boil button andleave it on high it’s already cooked sowe’re just gonna let it get a littlebrown on the top and then I’m gonna turnit let it get brownand then I’m gonna go ahead and put somesauce wine let’s show you that we callit this side and I go ahead and flip itand then I saw so I’m gonna take some ofthis delicious guys the sauce is amazingI’m gonna just take the liquid trying toget the liquid cuz you know we have alot of onions and other stuff I’m gonnatake some real liquid just take a littlebit more and then we’re gonna add it tohere like that and then we’ll just mixit up and just use whatever barbecuesauce you likeI mean barbecue is down to the one youlike okay so our sauce is ready I’mgonna go ahead and come back alrightguys just want to show you our saucejust go ahead and apply it all over Idid the back already and then I’m gonnajust not even two minutes just so thiscan kind of stick to our barbecue andthen let it get like a nice brown not umBrown but like a little dark color so itcan give us an illusion that we had iton the grill and I’ll come back andshare is the final productthis is how I will serve my ribs theribs look fabulous and it tastesabsolutely divine until next time guysplease like comment and do not forget tosubscribe
