[Music]all right after all cookingI love it I’m right into it last night Iharvested some beet roots and somecarrots from the garden so tonight I’mgoing to do some pork loin steaksthrough the beetroot puree and somehomegrown honey carrots with snow peas[Music]okay so first things first I’ve got somebeetroot and it’s cut up into evenchunks so we’re gonna get that into theboiling water and we’re just gonna cookit until it’s nice and soft nowobviously if you’re cooking outdoors orin a campsite you’re not gonna have ablender unless you’ve got one of theseit’s a cordless blenderthis one’s from KitchenAid and it’sawesome check it out I’ll put the linkin the description below okay some ofbeetroots ready I’m just taking it outof the boiling water you can tell whenit’s ready you can just stick a forkinto it and if it comes out easy it’sdone put it in the jug ready forblending so let’s get onto our carrotsthese are my carrots that I harvestedfrom my garden yesterday I thinksomething went wrong they didn’t exactlygrow right looks like the poo emoji sowe’re gonna get them into the water theboiling water over here which thebeetroot was in and we need to get thosesoft as well just like the beetroot allright let’s get under the beetroot pureeso I’ve got about maybe a cup cup and ahalf a beat right there I’m gonna go inwith some some fresh mint that I’vechopped up a little bit of olive oilit’s the dashthe zest of an orange cut the rest ofthis in half because we’re going to usethat for our carrots and we might evensqueeze a little bit than that all rightso I’m going to blend this until I getthe consistency that I’m looking for Ijust want it silky and smooth we’realmost done I’m gonna squeeze in alittle bit of orange just a little bitnot too much I want to make this toorunny we’ll give it a final blend okaythat’s it have a look at that leer thecolor it’s beautiful it’s a tional colorgood texture put the lid on set it asideright so the carrots are nearly done soI’m just going to quickly add in thesnow peas that I’ve got here I’ll justcut them up cut them lengthwise in halfso hopefully the peas come out a littlebit I’m just going to throw that in thewater quickly just to blanch it let’smove on with our steaks pork loin steaksextremely lean so if you’re watchingyour waistline a good option for me I’vegot some herbs here just some thyme somesage and some rosemary I’ve just tied upI’m gonna dip that in some olive oil andface these while they’re on the stove sogood tip okay so my carrots and snowpeas are done I’m going to transferthese into a bowl[Music]let’s get those in the panthe stakes have been on the stove forabout three minutes I’m just going togive them a quick turn cook them for anextra two minutes and then we’ll letthem rest for a little bitsteaks are done have a listen to thatsizzle look at that beautiful okay sowhile the steaks are resting I’m gonnaget my carrots and snow peas back intothe pan that the steak was in and I’mgonna finish it off with some buttersome honey a little bit of orange andthen some herbs and just toss it throughalright some of carrots and snow peasare done there got a little bit ofparsley here it’s gonna break this upalso got a little bit of basil – Greekbasil beautiful Greek basil sauce thatup standing aside I’ll grab some platesand we’ll start plating upall right it’s a puree first theircarrotsand our stakefinishes off with a little bit of saltand pepperwe will press it with aa little bit of rosemaryso there you have it guys pork loinsteaks beetroot pureehoney carrots with snow peas beautifulgive it a try at home that’s it for mehope you enjoyed the video like andsubscribe down belowand you can also follow me on Facebookand Instagram enjoy your night I’ll seeyou in the next videoyou
