Here’s what you’ll need to get started:

10 Chicken Wings
2 tsp Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup Red Stripe Beer
3 tbsp Jerk Seasoning (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp All Purpose Seasoning
1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
1 tsp Liquid Smoke
8 Whole Pimento Seeds (crushed)
Fresh Thyme (rough chopped)
Juice of 1 lime or lemon
Water

well on its carrion from Clarinsbreathing’s welcome or welcome back tomy channel today in my kitchen I’m goingto be cooking up my favorite at-homeversion of my jerk chicken wing theseare incredibly spicy of they’re packedwith so much flavor up they are so goodnow stay right where you are becauseyou’re not gonna want to miss this solet’s get cooking so before I had anyseason 2 my chicken wings I’m gonna goahead and clean it up I’m gonna removeany feathers that may still be on thereor any of that yellow film so that’s notsometimes left on there you want to goahead and clean that up next I’m goingto soak my wings in some lime water forabout five minutes you can use the lemonor vinegar mix whatever you have on handis fine so next we’re going to drain offthis water and rinse our wings in somefresh cold water and drain it again sonow that our chicken has been cleanedout we want to go ahead and Pat them dryand also remove any water that might besitting at the bottom of the bowlperfect so now our chicken is ready sonow we can season it up and add someflavor and some personality to tor wingsso I’m gonna start off by adding thestarfish or jerk seasoning now you’regonna add more or less Derk saucedepending on your preference if you wanta more spicier Whang then we’ll add moreit’s not then you’ll add less next I’mgonna follow that up with someall-purpose seasoning then I’m going toadd some salt next I’m going to crush upsome flamenco seeds and add to our wingsthis is gonna add tons of flavor to ourchicken lays let’s I’m gonna use someliquid smoke because I want to give mywings that that’s smokiness that smokyflavor like we did it on the grillthen I’m gonna follow that up with somefresh thyme don’t worry about writingeverything down I will link all theingredients in the video description foryou and that’s it we’re just gonnadrizzle a little bit of vegetable oilall of our wings perfect now we have allour seasoning on our wing so I’m justgonna go in with my bare hands and youwant to give this a good rub to makesure that all our pieces of chickenwings are completely coated with all theseasoning we want it to be able toabsorb and suck up all the flavor andthat’s in the bowl last thing I want tocover your wings and allow it to sit forat least 20 minutes the longer yourwings sit in the jerk marinade the moreflavorful and tastier your wings aregoing to be you can also allow this tosit in the bottom of your refrigeratorfor up to 24 hours so now we’re ready tocook our way so you want to go ahead andpre-heat your oven to 400 degreesFahrenheit so while our of them is beingpreheated you want to go ahead and lineyour baking tray or your briefing pan Iam using parchment paper um you can goahead and use foil whatever you haveavailable[Music]next you want to transfer your wings toyour line baking pan so you want tospace them out on the pan so they don’ton top of each other on this will allowfor even cooking[Music]this looks good now before put them inthe oven I’m gonna do is let’s do somelittle bit more oil all over the wingslike I’m doing here now this will helpto keep our wings nice and moist whilethey’re cooking so they don’t dry out aswell as it will give me a little bit ofgravy at the bottom on the pan so nowwe’re going to cover our wings and allowthis to club on 400 degrees for one hourwhile we’re gonna check your wings atthe 45 minute check mark because we’regoing to add a special ingredienttowards your waist so now we are at that45 minute checkpoint and we’re gonna goahead and remove our foil and checkingour wings and we’re gonna add thatspecial ingredient that I mentionedearlier but before we add thatingredient we’re gonna give it a quickpace with our cooking school and you getit just scoop up some of that beautifulsauce that’s in the pan and drizzle itall over own wings so here’s my specialingredient there’s a Macon wrench rightthere let me tell you this is gonna havetons of flavor to our jump wings ourjerk wings are gonna be so good so nowwe’re gonna return these to the ovenyou’re gonna put the file back on andthen we’re gonna pull them back in andallow them to cook for another 15 to 20minutes so now we’re at that 15 minutemark and let me tell you if these wingssmell I cannot wait to have some I can’twait does anybody else do over their owncooking or is it just methese are gonna be so good yeah it’ll beso bad so let’s give it a quick facelike I’m doing here and our wings arebasically cooking at this point you cango ahead and checkfor doneness but I need my wings to be abit more darker in color I need tothrown them up so I’m gonna turn my oventemperature up to 500 degrees Fahrenheitwhich is basically the broiled set inand I’m gonna place these back inuncovered for 10 to 15 minutes now youdon’t have to do the full 10 or 15minutes you could remove your wings oncethe desired color is reached so now I’mat that 10-minute mark and my wings areperfect all right this is just the colorI’m looking for I’m gonna go ahead anddo it a quick way just to keepeverything nice and moist and juicy andhere you have it my foodie darlings myoven jerk wings these couldn’t be moredelicious
