My local butcher was having a sale on chicken wings so of coarse I had to pick up some. These were so fresh they just finished taking them off the chicken. I seasoned them with some s&p in the bowl. The Blackstone is on medium high heat and I cooked them this way so I wouldn’t burn them. I used EVOO on the griddle and before I covered them I threw in a gob of butter. The sauce was 1 cup of hot sauce and half a stick of butter. After tossing them in the sauce a bit I put them back on the griddle and then brushed and rotated as necessary with more sauce. Total cook time was 45 minutes but I did the additional steps and cooked on a slightly lower temperature.
