what’s up YouTube this is cooking withDoug and I’m back again with myCharbroilsmoker I got all preheated and today foryou guys I’m gonna make some turkey legssmoked turkey legs first off I got myApplewood chipslet me go over real quick last seasonand what first I use my evo oil sprayerhas avocado oil in there at the momentbut usually I use olive oil olive oilbut either one is fine so I sprayed itdown with some avocado oil then I addedsome paprika then I added some pink saltblack pepper and garlic is my go-toy’all know that and link will be in thedescription to this and there’s anotherfavorite of mineApplewood rope awesome and finally addsome Caribbean flavor has some allspiceto it powder and then I um put a alittle spoonful of butter inside theskin and I peeled back the skin and madesure it’s um you know seasoned in thereas well of course and then finally Isprayed it down with some avocado oil onthe top so it doesn’t get dry cuz Irealized when I usually make this in myslow cooker I wrap it up in foil so thisis not in foil so so I added an extralayer of oil to kind of try and keep itmoist guess I could go in there later onand you know check it out base it orwhatever but we’re gonna we’re gonna gothis route cuz I’m gonna set it andforget itokay alright guys we got it all in thereabout to close her up well the coolthing about my smoker guys well not onlythis Bluetooth remote that I could seewhat’s going on in my smoker while I’min the country of my home anywhere in myhouse even the Attic but as you saw onthat had that meat probe so I don’t knowwhat temperature needs to be stay at tomake it dine or whatever I just put Ijust cheated I just put I want my meatat 175 which you need 165 for yourturkey but I don’t trust these things soI’ll just food for me I always go 10degrees over just just for my own peaceof mindso I just said that 175 it’s at 64 rightnow and when it hits 175 guess what itgoes to keep warm easy peasyman if y’all could smell this smoke niceI’m gonna go ahead and turn them overit’s about at a hundred and fiftydegrees right now and guys I didn’t haveto turn them over I just felt to do soalright let me close the back all rightguys we’re done a lot faster than Ithought this is only in there for abouttwo hourslookey lookey we are donealright guys this is what we’re lookinglike smelling fantastic so like I saidguys this took about two hours to bedone which is about three hours two tothree hours earlier than I expected itto be finishedso I don’t quite have my dinner readyyet so let me go ahead and cut into oneso we can see oh yeah that’s perfectlook at that look at that yeah that’sgoodshout to my kitchen gadgets group onFacebook all right guys this is what wegot we got some of course we got oursmoked turkey leg it’s a littlewell-done but that’s how I like it to insize them I want it got some green beansand some low carb mac and cheese anywaylook let’s just take a traditional biteyou take a bite first you got it allrightsome good eating right there man checkthis piece look at that job nice andjuicyit’s just to go let’s have some of thislittle carb mac and cheese if you wantto know where I got my pasta I’ll put alink in the description guys have a biteyou got it perfect always these were inmy freezer guys and I was just staringat me for weeks and I was like you knowwhat today’s the day we’re gonna makeyou have some yeah mmm I’m gonna sitdown watch some football and enjoy therest of my meal if you have a outsideelectric smoke or any type of smokerdefinitely consider trying some turkeylegs in there you’ll love it your familywill love it it’s awesome guys if youhave an Instagram look me up onInstagram cooking with Dougother than that okay like if you likedit remember to subscribefainting thanks for just even looking atmy video y’all it’s cooking with Dougoh yeah
