Inihaw na liempo made with pork belly , it’s marinate with different kind of seasoning and grilled in charcoal or in oven. But to make it best testing pork liempo, i usually grill first in charcoal until it get decent grill mark or 50% done, then put in pre-heated oven until it’s fully cooked.
