1 tbs garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilly powder (can use other chilli powder)
1/2 tsp dried mango powder
Crushed ginger & garlic (6)
Mustard oil to intensify the flavour
