PORK CHOP BBQ | Easy cooking #porkchop #bbq

Hello everyone!
We are marinating and cooking BARBEQUE PORK CHOPS.

Ingredients:
12 – 15 pieces pork chops, thin sliced and washed
1/2 cup UFC banana ketchup (sweet), store bought (Asian store)
1/2 cup Heinz or Hunts ketchup (tangy), store bought
2 cups soy sauce, any brand
4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 tbsp BBQ seasoning
1 tsp iodized salt
2 tbsps brown sugar
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
cooking oil

Directions:
Wash the pork chops with water then dry it with paper towels. Set aside in a container with lid.

Step 1: Marinating Porkchops
In a bowl, combine ketchups, soy sauce, BBQ seasoning, salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, brown sugar and garlic. Mix it very well until well blended and sugar dissolved.
Pour the mixture into the porkchops and submerge the porkchops so both sides will have the marinate mixture.
Refrigerate for 1 day and make sure to cover the container with a lid.

Step 2: Cooking the BBQ Porkchops
Place a small amount of cooking oil into the teflon pan and heat it in medium setting.
Cook 2 pieces of pork chops at a time. Brush some marinate on top of the pork chops.
After 5 minutes, turn the pork chops and then brush some marinate on top.
Cooked it for 3-4 minutes. Cook it more for well done texture.
Continue cooking until you’re finished.
From time to time, add some butter or cooking oil to prevent from burnt pork chops.
Check if there’s no more signs of blood or raw edges.
Serve it with a cup of hot steamed rice or on a bed of salad greens.
