Barbecued Pork, Campfire Country Pork Chops, Perdue Chicken Drumsticks,Natural Wood cooking, Wood-Fire Up
Stack the wood in a tepee shape. Wait for wood to burn and start to break down into embers within 15-20 minutes. Lay the grill grate on top of the embers.
Rub the chops down evenly with Italian dressing and season with salt.
Put the chops on the grill and close the top. Flip every two minutes and close the grill. They should take 10-15 minutes depending on the thickness of your chops.
Ingredients for preparing pork chops:
8 Bone In Pork Country Chops
• 8 tbsp Italian salad dressing
• ¼ cups kosher salt
Ingredients for preparing drumsticks:
Fresh, all natural chicken drumsticks, raised with no antibiotics ever. Wash with cold water, season with salt and brush with ketchup. This takes a longer to cook on wood fire- 30-40 minutes.
