hello YouTube friends how are you it’sme Cynthia again welcome back to mykitchen today we have a recipe todaywe’re going to be making pork chopsright here are the ingredients that wehave we have what’s called sofritolime we have salt oregano pepper alittle bit of soy sauce and we havegarlic these are the pork chops andwe’re going to proceed on seasoning themwe have to marinate them for a few hoursand then we’ll put them in the grill[Music]hey you two friends so today we’regrilling outside sorry it’s a littlewindy a lot of windswe’re cooking outside the pork chop sonow we’re gonna put it in the grill andI added a little bit of olive oil to theunimportance that way they could bejuicy when they come out the grill sothey won’t be dry so now we’re going tostart placing them in the ground basemove my husband’s recordingandto replace themand will get me and my coming and herewe goand then what you’re gonna do is theremaining of the seasoning you’re gonnaput it later when it starts cookingyou’re gonna you’re gonna go like thisyou’re gonna flash it on it and nowwe’re gonna put the top on it and let itcook for about Bobby twenty-five thirtyminutes we usually give the porkchops 25to 30 minutes and then we should be goodto gonow we’re moving to the final step whichis doing plantings I’m going to show youhow to peel them and we’re going to cutthem in pieces and then we are going tofry them for the frying part you’regoing to need a pan and you’re gonnaneed like half of the pan with oilbecause the planten’s needs to besubmerged in the oil then you’re gonnaleave them you’re gonna turn them sothey can cook even on both sides makesure they cook and then you’re gonnaflatten them out but right now we’regonna move on to cutting them theplantings they have lines so technicallyyou take the knife and you cut right onthe line and pretty much you lift it upwhatever is left you take it off withthe with the knife and then you move onto the second lineand that’s how you peel your plantingand you make sure that you go out andyou check it all around that it doesn’thave any of the rain part on it and thenyou proceed to cutting it cut them inpieces and then you’re ready to put themto fry so after you finish peeling theplantains you’re gonna put them therenow you’re gonna test the oil so what Ido is I usually like take a little pieceof the plantains and I put it here sothat means we’re ready to gobe careful extremely careful cuz thatsuper hotyou can also fry them in the deep fryerwhich mines is right thereit’s my deep fryer so be careful withthisright now we see when it has like thatgolden color that’s when they are doneso what we’re gonna do we’re gonna putthem out put them here because now wehave to press them down and when we’repressing them down put these back inhere so they can continue finebe careful how you put them in therebecause the oil is super hot and wedon’t want nobody to burnokay now that’s done so this right hereI use my husband’s coffeemaker prettytwenty but you want a flat surface tomash them down and what you’re gonna dois they’re gonna cook for about threeminutes or until they’re in this colorgolden and then when you um mash themdown you put them to the side and thenyou have two refri them when you refinethem it takes like about a minute or twofor for them to be done and then that’sit and then uh we’ll show you theremaining when they’re done you sprinklea little bit of salt on them and that’sit so now after they have fried about aminute or two when they’re like a littlebit more Brown golden color they’re doneyou get yourself a plate with a napkinand then you put them on there you putthe napkin so the oil could drain out ofthe plantains and after the plantainsare out they’re gonna look like this andyou’re gonna sprinkle a little bit ofsalt on top right now what we’re gonnado we’re gonna let put that there andwe’re gonna put start inserting theplantains – refri remember I just saidthey have to refri so we’re putting themback in slowly be careful cuz the oil issuper hot we don’t want you guys to burnso we’re putting them in there two tothree minutes or until golden colorobviously you’re gonna take the spoonand you’re gonna be flipping them andyou’re gonna be checking them out to seeif they are to the color that you likebe careful because we don’t want youguys to burn so flip them slowlywe don’t want no accidents in thekitchen so please be super carefulbecause this is extremely hotlet me sprinkle a little bit of salt soyou guys can see pretty much like this
