hello Oh what’s the kidding I am goingto do slow-cooked barbecued beef at veryslow it takes a few days you mean takewe’re gonna have an inhaler Habib feelill for magic Rock HQ beer right so tostart you need to go to a butcher youcould go to a supermarket but I’d muchprefer if you went temperature whatwe’ve got here and you want to get shortrib of beef you can get a whole shortrib if you want to get it cut in halfget cut in half but I would like them innot know what I’ve got the beef in is 75grams of salt 75 grams of regular whitecut granulated sugar and 1 dessert spoonof smoked paprika you mix the salt sugarand paprika togetheryou rub it all over the beef put it intothe cooking bag the fleas are bark eventhink it as much here as you cans thatwalk it and you need to put that in thefridge of some dried thyme move the beeffrom the sink or the basin of waterdon’t need to dry it off just set it inthere so that the bone is kind of heldup this will probably follow on let’ssay but that’s not a major issue if youcan use the vegetables without to warmthe beef in placeand then you want either paint of coldwatertinfoil enough to be too tightly fittingthe ovens not that hot really and youwant to let some steam a skip and thenoven for at least I’m going to put it upto 130 on our oven because it’s not funbut you want to put that in there for atleast four hours at leastso we’ll come back
