In this video I cook a rack of beef ribs cooked on a weber grill for around six hours. These were seasoned with sea salt, pepper and garlic (pepper was rainbow 🌈 pepper – a mix of pink, black, white & pimento corns)
I started with the sea salt and allowed that to pull out the moisture in the meat for about 30 minutes then finished with pepper & garlic and left to marinate overnight.
I smoked it low and slow for around 4 hours till it was probe tender and then wrapped it and cooked for a further two hours till the meat probe encountered hardly any resistance – then it was ready to be sliced up and devoured 😋
Help needed 👉🏾 I’m totally confused 🤷🏿♂️ These are sold as Jacob’s ladders in UK 🇬🇧. The BIG question is: Are these the same as short ribs? Up till yesterday I had assumed beef ribs short ribs are not one of a kind🤔 🤷🏿♂️🤷🏽
