Beef Loin, Porterhouse Steak, Bulgogi (Korean BBQ Beef)
Korean bulgogi sauce is a great marinade for grilled beef. Ingredients
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 3 cloves garlic crushed
• 1 inch piece of fresh ginger grated on a microplane
• 3/4 cup apple juice
• 2-3 onions – finely chopped
Marinate Beef with Korean BBQ dressing and let in stand in refrigerator overnight. Preheat the grill. Season steak with salt and pepper. Grill for 12 to 20 minutes, turning once depending on how rare you want it and how thick it is.
