BBQ Chicken Biryani
Serves 8-9
► Ingredients Used in Video:
For Chicken:
• Chicken …… 1kg
• Packet Masala
o Tandoori Masala …… ½ Packet
o Bihari tikka Masala or you can use tikka masala …… ½ Packet
• Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) paste …… 1tbsp
• Dahi (Yogurt) …… 4tbsp
• Oil …… 2-3tbsp
Marinate chicken with all above ingredients overnight or 5-6 hours to make chicken more tender and juicier
For Biryani Masala:
• Sindhi Biryani preferably Habib Sindhi Biryani …… 1packet
• Allu (Potatoes) …… 4 medium size
• Tamatar (Tomatoes) …… 8 medium size
• Piyaz (Onions) …… 7 medium size
• Dahi (Yogurt) …… 1 cup
• Choti ari Mirch (Small Green Chilli) ……5-6
• Bari hari Mirch (Big Green Chilli) ……5-6
• Lemon …… 1
• Adrak Lehsan (Ginger garlic) …… 1tbsp
• Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped …… as required
• Podina (Mint leaves) chopped …… as required
For Rice:
• Chawal (Rice) basmati (soaked & boiled until 3/4th done) …… 1kg
• Sirka (Vinegar) …… 1tbsp
• Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) …… ½ tsp or as required
