today Haden Quinn here and today I amcooking a Lilydale free-range chickenbreast skin on with a really lovelychamalla spice rubstraight on the barbecue really simplesuper easy great for sharing and greatfor entertaining[Music]and today I’m using skin on breasts butyou know you could use thigh you couldeven rub the chamalla spice all over awhole chicken and and roast it and thatwould just be absolutely amazing butkeeping it nice and easy here a littlebit of extra-virgin olive oil and thenwe have our amazing spice mix it’s soflavorful just pack such a great punchI’m just going to sprinkle that over thetop of our chicken breast and thenbasically just dive in with your handsrub it all around make sure it’s a niceeven coating touch them togetherobviously you want to be careful of thatskin that’s looking perfect I’m gonna gothe skin side up and then basicallywe’ll just cook those over a nice gentleheat you’ll be able to smell it straightaway that jamol are just smellsabsolutely amazing our good lead goesdown it’s going to turn the heat down toabout medium so this is looking epicgoodno I spit a color on that skin getting alittle bit crispy[Music]okay we are looking incredible right nowso these are ready to come off Wowthat chicken breast is just so juicylooking Wow so there’s our chickenbreast skin on what I’m going to do isjust garnish really quickly with a fewlime wedges and our chicken goes reallywell with that chamalla spice justscatter them around your serving plate[Music]
