why are doing my Anthony just wanna makea little video Baha I made some readersokay so from not mistaken I believethese are pork spareribs all thesciences program so I believe yourspirit this is what the spareribs looklike after I trimmed them and took offthere’s much membrane as I couldI’m really trying to get away from usingTony’s for everything so looked open andresearch some seasonsI used a tablespoon of each we haveground cumin chili powder paprika andsalt mixed in a little Bowl okay so thisis the top part of your spareribsafter our season try to be carefulbecause I’m a heavy season here so it’swhat I got this is what the bottom partlooks like after our season did I usingthe entire bowl open these not too muchor too littlenow after season drop put in fridgeright there so I can marinate overnightnow I’m gonna put it on the pit so I’llbe back to show you more of that alrightso now we’re at the point to where weready to start up the grill and I’m notgonna lie I didn’t mess up because Ididn’t help my bottom girl at the bottomwhat I mean is the bottom grill for thecoals so you’ll see in the next slidethat I did put my clothes on top of italright so here you guys can see what Imean this is the right way my fire wasgoing out at first but now it maintainedjust like I did when I cook the burgersand sausagesum I use in well I use the low to mediumhigh technique so what I’m doing is I’mcooking the reals with indirect heatI’m not putting them right over thecoals not yet anywayso now I’m gonna leave our top on andcook that one side for 30 minutes youhave thought about everything correct asfar as the fire in the heat this is howit lives after you flip from the first30 minutes after you flip them cook thesecond side for another 30 minutes nowfirst I was a little alarmed because Ithought I should see smoke but I forgotthat the we have been cooked withindirect heat now after the r isfinished cooking on the second side forthe second set of 30 minutes we didn’twent to the direct heat technique spreadout your coals now once I spread out mycalls I cook the meaty side down firstfor 20 minutes you can’t really tellhere in this life but some smoke didstart to generate in the direct heattechnique all right this is how it looksafter the first 20 minutes of directheat but I’m gonna flip them and cookfor another 20 minutes with direct heatafter that second set of 20 minutes isthen you’re gonna bring them in and I’llget your sauce and you’re gonna latheryour your ribs on both sides now to getyour coat going your coat of barbecuesauce going on the ribs on you’re gonnamove back to the indirect heat methodsince I get scared around this part Ionly did the indirect heat for thebarbecue sauce about five minutes oneach side because this is where thereals give blackened so I was scaredokay so after I finished blazing this ishow I looknow it’s time to cook our side toes macand cheese mashed potatoes and I’m butchbig things alright so this is myfinished product similar to our thingpreciate you
