I Show You How to Grill The Worlds Best BBQ Chicken Wings

A few years ago I was frustrated and disappointed with the quality and flavor of the chicken wings I was getting at big restaurants from all over the country. They just missed the mark in almost every way. Luckily I had years of smoked chicken experience at my disposal and even more competition bbq chicken expertise to add to that. I went to work crafting the best and most flavorful no mess chicken wing seasonings that the world has ever seen and just like that Wing Dust was born. A catalog of 11 powerful flavors rolled out and I haven’t looked back. The dust is designed to be as easy to use as the smoked chicken wings are easy to enjoy. Simply cook them on your grill or in the oven, sprinkle the dust on as soon as they finish, toss them around and eat them while they’re hot! Now I know that some of you like to cool off the heat a little with a healthy dollop of some glorious blue cheese so we threw together a little recipe of our own to share with you as well. So why don’t you give this one a shot and you’ll see what we mean! Make chicken great again at your house! You’ll be glad that you did.

RECIPE:
1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 ounces crumbled blue cheese

1 tablespoon minced parsley

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, optional

Pinch fine sea salt (Or SPG Rub)

Pinch fresh ground pepper (Or SPG Rub)

Milk, buttermilk or water to thin out the dressing, optional

4lbs of Frozen Chicken Wing Sections

Kosmos Q SPG Seasoning

Kosmos Q Nashville Hot Wing Dust

A couple of carrots and some celery for the doctor.

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1 – Get your grill started and up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2 – Spray some non-stick spray on your cooking grates to prevent the wings from sticking.
Step 3 – Season your wings with a base seasoning. We like SPG.
Step 4 – Throw the wings on and wait until they hit 165 Degrees Fahrenheit internal temperature. (Mix up your Blue Cheese Dressing while you wait!)
Step 5 – Once the wings are finished cooking apply the Wing Dust to the wings in a mixing bowl and give them a good shake!
Step 6 – Now that the wings are well coated in your flavor of choice, slam them with some blue cheese and throw them down while they’re still warm!
