Today we show how to make a perfect barbecue chicken with homemade barbecue pit
In barbecue we use very less amount of oil, sometimes no oil is used which makes this very healthy food and Fire gives the best taste for chicken.
We used firewood stove as barbecue pit here, if you don’t have one which I used in that condition you can arrange 6 bricks to make barbecue pit
The dish made is two serve starter
Ingredients
Chicken- 1/4 kg
Chilli powder- 1 spoon
Curd- 2 spoon
Corn flour- one and half spoon
Kebab mix powder- one spoon
Salt and pepper for taste
Few drops of lemon (optional)
Steps for cooking
1. Take a bowl mix all the ingredients with chicken
2. Insert the chicken in the skewers
3. Fire up the firewood stove and keep a grid over for easy handling
4. Keep the chicken over the grid and grill it.
5. Turn the sides of chicken for even cooking on all sides
6. Once the chicken is cooked plate it.
