greetings same thing god bless you – myname of our Lord and Savior Jesus ChristI am getting ready to prepare I’mprepping – corned beef briskets theseare to point cut corned beef brisketnow I’ve already rinsed them off I’mgonna base them both with mustard by theway these are not for me I choose a morepescetarian diet primarily I try to bevegan at all cost we’re never at allpossible so one of these are for myhusband one of these yet one of these isfor my husband and one is for a reallygood friend so even though I choose tobe tested Tyrion and I still have toprepare me for my husband because he isstill slowly transitioning glory to Godso first thing you want to do is justbase all over with mustard this gives ita really good flavor and it’s going tobring out the flavor in any meat thatyou cook mustard is always good to baseyour meats chicken turkey any kind ofbeef any kind of pork mustard firstso next I’m going to I have picklingspice I have garlic powder no onionpowder garlic powder secret ingredienthundred-percent apple juice so of coursethey come with too you know they camewith a pack of pickling spice and Inormally just throw these I haven’t madecorned beef in about a year I normallyjust throw these away but I’m like yeahI’ll use them what the heck they’re justthey’re are nothing but spicyokay so here we gopick one spice and everything nice I’mstill gonna use my own pickling spicegarlic powder because there’s no garlicpowder I didn’t see any in theingredients on my pickling spice and Ihave the oven already preheated to 350and I’m gonna let these typically I’lllet my meat go for two hours two to fourhours because I really like it to bevery very tender and so I’m probablygonna let these go for four hours I’mvery liberal with garlic and onions asyou can see and instead of filling thepan with water not filling it with waterbut making it at least 1/3 filled withwater I’m going to fill it I’m going toput apple juiceso this pickling spices they have biggerchunks of spice bigger leaves biggerfresh black peppercorns just biggermustard seeds everything in this spiceis bigger than what they put in thepacketsnow this is just some basichundred-percent apple juice pour some ontop and about two hours in I’m going tomake sure the juice has gotten inbetween the grains of thee I’m alsogoing to cut up some fresh onions andsome in a bell pepper but that’s this isbasically how you prepare a corned beefbrisket at your own any kind ofvegetables you can ask celery you canadd green peppers you can add onions Iwant to pull out some celery some onionsthe bell pepper I’m going to add somecarrots some potatoes or jicama andcabbage I’m going to have cabbage forone and brussel sprouts for the other Iwill I will do that once these arecompletely done tender juicy and readyglory to Jesus but thank you forwatching god bless youstay safe is my prayer in Jesus name
