Jeff the barbecue guy here in FullertonCalifornia this is Jeff’s barbecue showand today we’re gonna be making a realtreat for you we’re gonna be making somebeautiful chicken breasts I’m talkingabout some pretty fish chicken breastsand those are gonna be going on thegrill we’ve got a little marinatingready and go company the chicken we’regonna be grilling some baked potatoesand also some corn on the cob we’vealready prepared and started the bakedpotatoes we put some olive oil and seasalt on the potatoes and those are onthe grill ready to go those should bedone and probably about an hour or so wewent ahead and started the corn on thecob we are gonna prepare it by boilingit on our side burner here and thenwe’re gonna finish it off by puttingthose on the grill and getting some charto him today we’re gonna be drinking anice hazy IPA this is actually fromlooks like Coppa Topa Brewing Company inVentura California so we’re gonna goahead and pop this baby openoh boy that’s cold I’ll do a quick shoutout to my boy Oliver who created aYouTube pagehis link is below check it out subscribeso it’s been about 10 minutes for thesepotatoes we’re gonna just rotate theseevery 10 minutes or so just getting evencook on eat all of them nothing to itnothing fancy herewe got some beautiful chicken as you cansee here this has already beenmarinating like I mentioned and we’regonna go ahead and put this on the grillso these are extremely big breasts ofchicken and we’re gonna be really needfour I would say at least six to sevenminutes aside and then we’ll be checkingthe internal temperature throughout[Music]we’ve also already oiled up our great sowe’re gonna not gonna have any issueswith stickingone onthere we go those look beautiful sowe’re cooking these chicken breasts at amedium temperature and it’s time to goahead and flipbetter than that go another six or sevenminutes on the reverse side there andwe’ll check the temperature see wherewe’re at it’s time to go ahead and putthe corn on the cobdirectly on the barbecue this is for thepurpose of getting a finish to the cornyou give it a good charas for a real nice presentationyour gesture certainly not going to bedisappointedfew moments later we’re gonna go aheadand rotate these cobs make sure theydon’t get too doneorone eternity later we’re just gonna goahead and take these porn leave them uphere keep them warm char there let thosechickens I need a kick and we’re gonnago ahead and take these potatoes doneput those to the side go ahead and takethe corn off now I want to lose that onethere’s another oneperfect so we just checked the internaltemperature of these chicken breaststhese beautiful chicken breasts they’renot quite there yet we want to get themat 165 so as you know being a barbecueconnoisseur like you probably are one ofthe best parts about barbecuing in yourbackyard is just relaxing and waitingand just waiting for the perfection tohappen so let’s do a little waiting hereso we’re just basting the chicken herewith the marinade that we used earlierand our goal here is to have a prettyjuicy we’re just gonna go ahead and cutinto this and just make sure this looksperfectly beautiful Malusi yeahperfection right thereso we’re taking the last one off rightnow we’ve already got the first to reada perfect internal temperature of 165and we’re just gonna get that last oneto our optimal temperature this one’scoming off this is just the barbecue guywe just made chicken breast corn on thecob baked potatoes until next time goodeating[Music]you[Music]
