Ingredients to make the buns:
1 1/2 tablespoon yeast
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups BREAD flour
2 cups ALL PURPOSE flour
2 eggs at room temperature
2 cups milk
2/3 cups sugar
1 stick unsalted butter at room temperature
Ingredients for the BBQ Pork:
10 oz of chopped pork tenderloin or pork butt
1/2 packet of the NOH – Chinese BBQ Seasoning (Char Siu)
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon of sugar
Bake the buns for 20 minutes at 375 degrees F. Glaze the honey butter sauce during or after baking.
Honey Butter Glaze:
1 tablespoon of butter (melted)
1 teaspoon of honey
