[Music]hello everyone I’m Lydia and today Iwill be showing what I will be cookingfor dinnerso what I have planned is a simple dishof pepper and lemon grilled chicken withmashed potato and steamed bitch forsteamed rich we will be using somecarrots and some sweet beans so I willtake you guys through the step-by-steprecipe as and when I prepare this dishso do watch alone so for making themashed potato what I have done is I havetaken three large russet potatoes washedit thoroughly and just cut it into bigslices now I’ve kept the cooker on highflame and once the water is a bit hot Iwill put these potatoes and give cookfor around three to four businessnow for the mashed potato to get somegood flavor we are also adding a bit ofparsley three to four strands of parsleyso I will just stir it like this andchop it in to chop it finely you canjust roughly chop it now you can see thepotatoes are really soft and mushy sonext step is to mash these potatoes intoa smooth paste so using a fork justgoing to add a bit of butter for thatflavor but I prefer mine I thought itwas to be nice and soft so I will addbit of milk fresh milkjust a little and give it a nice mixmashing so once it has reached theconsistency which you like depending onthe consistency and the parcellook so tempting turtle mash is readynow I will be preparing the chicken forthe chicken grilled grilled chicken so Icut the chicken into smaller piecesmaybe an inch or two you can vary thesize up to your likingso for marinating the chicken I havetaken bit of black pepper salt now Iwill add few two cloves of garliccrushed garlic and the juice of half alime squeezing it well I will give thisa good mix and let it rest for 10 to 12minutes not long just 10 to 12 minuteslet the chicken rest so that the flavorsabsorbed by the chicken now we are goingto speak steam which along with chickenand mashed potato so in the steamer hastaken some water and now I’ll steamthese two veggies they’re soft andtender I will just check my steam whichthis look nice and soft and just prickand seeyeah it’s tender so these are coconut soI will switch off the flame and let itrest inside the seed steamer for another1 to 2 minutes but I’ll switch the flameoff now I’m preparing the last item forour dinner which is grill it lemongarlic pepper chickenso once the pan is hot I add bit ofolive oil since I’m using a nonstick panI require very less quantity of oil thepan is nice and hot now so I will justadd these chicken pieces to theso the chicken has been cooking forthree minutes now on one side I willjust turn it to the other side and letit cook for another five minutes or tillthe time it’s nicely done but too juicyI’ll cut the chicken into smaller piecesif you want you can take the entirebreast feed as one single piece of Chilewhat I’m going to add mythe two needs of business to give itthat nice flavor for the flavor so Icover the panel and the flame is onmedium high and let it cook for anotherfive minutes so the chicken is nicelycooked now mmm smells so goodsome chicken is cooked I will just platethis upyou know with mashed potato and veggiesand this is the best part don’t throwthis away for the juice of the garlicpour it on chicken[Music]tasty and healthy dinner of grilledchicken mashed potato and steam which isreadyyou
