Manthi Rice Making
Soak Rice for 20 minutes
2 ½ Cup for 1 cup of Rice
to water
add salt
2 piece of Cinnamon
6 Clove
4 Cardamom
1 tspn Pepper
3 bay leaves
1 dry lemon
add Chicken (1 kg ) when water boils
add clove of one full garlic
add 3 green chili
1 tbsp soy sauce
remove all chicken and garlic from the water after 15 minutes of boiling
add the drained rice into the water
add salt and 2 carrot grated
Chicken Grilling
( Masala Making )
1 tbsp of pepper powder
1 tspn turmeric powder
1 tspn garam masala
1 tbsp chilli powder
salt as needed
add olive oil to make paste
Grill the chicken
place the chicken above the prepared rice
using a plate keep a live coal in the prepared rice
add oil on the coal and close the vessel
after 10 minutes remove the lid And serve
